How You'll Make An Impact As our Legal Affairs Manager, you'll be the leader of our legal, compliance, and risk management functions, serving as a trusted partner to the executive team and ensuring GreenArrow gains a competitive advantage through sound legal practices and strategic guidance. What You Bring 3 - 5 years of experience required Legal Expertise: Strong understanding of contract law, construction law, employment law, corporate governance, and M&A. Education & Certifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction required. Additional certifications (e.g., in M&A, construction law) are a plus.
