Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING As a Member of the Software Configuration Management team, on the Joint Strike Fighter Training & Simulation program, your mission is to maintain the integrity and traceability of the COTS software released by the program to its customers.
THE WORK
The team operates in a software-focused environment where a variety of software tools are employed ranging from MS Office, to the Atlassian suite to EPDM.
As a Software Configuration Analyst, you will:
• Coordinate across teams
• Assess and close COTS software license-related problem reports
• Support Third Party Compliance (3PC) team for license compliance
• Partner with IPT engineering to confirm COTS software requirements and obsolescence
• Partner with 3rd party/OEM vendors to confirm portal access, purchased versions, agreement types, OEM account information and obsolescence
• Work with 3rd party/OEM vendors for correct versions required (downgrades and upgrades)
WHO YOU ARE
Strong computer skills are expected. The tasking of the team varies day-to-day based on program needs, so organization and communication skills are important to ensuring tasks are completed correctly and efficiently. Surge support is required to meet critical deadlines due to the work's critical nature, and extra effort may be needed.
Note: This position requires on-site presence in the Orlando office to meet client needs. Seeking individuals with the ability to intermittently flex work hours to support program schedules.

About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations - Players & Remotes with a strong background in manufacturing, supplier management, and cost optimization to lead a team of senior program managers.
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Operations, this leader will own complex product initiatives from NPI through sustaining, ensuring operational excellence in product development processes and supply chain metric tracking. The role combines strategic vision with tactical execution, requiring both cross-functional leadership and hands-on approach to build credibility on the factory floor.
For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $285,000 - $305,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What you'll be doing
Strategic and Operational Leadership
Lead program planning and supplier execution for Roku's Players and Remote product lines
Bring Program Management, Technical Operations, and Quality together into a single operating model for the organization
Keep executives aligned through clear reporting on readiness, risks, and tradeoffs
Build repeatable ways of working that improve launch speed and product quality over time
Manufacturing and Supplier Execution
Work with ODMs and suppliers on production readiness, line bring-up, and ramp-to-volume
Drive capacity planning and risk assessments to support stable volume production
Step in on supplier escalations around production, yield, reliability, and quality to ensure rapid recovery
Spend meaningful time onsite in Asia to build trust and solve problems on the factory floor
Technical Rigor and Validation
Onsite supplier support for NPI development (e.g. Proto, EVT, DVT); ensuring proper engineering rigor and appropriate validation to support product ramp requirements
Partner with Engineering to bake DFx, repairability, automation, and reliability into design
Run technical reviews with suppliers covering process optimization, test coverage, root cause, and corrective actions
Oversee product qualification checklist ensuring validation and reliability testing so products meet performance and quality standards at launch
Carry lessons learned forward into the next generation of products
Cost Optimization and Process Improvement
Identify cost-down opportunities in design, materials, and processes
Lead tradeoff reviews, balancing low-risk savings with higher-payoff, higher-risk options
Owns operational budgets and maintain a clear roadmap of cost-reduction initiatives
Operational Excellence and Post-Launch Performance
Track yield, scrap, utilization, and production plan vs actual to hold teams accountable
Contain and resolve post-launch quality or reliability issues quickly using supplier and customer data
Build closed-loop processes across Engineering, Operations, and Customer Care to eliminate repeat field issues
Tools & Systems
Leverage systems, dashboards, and AI tools to improve accuracy, yield, and cost modeling
Develop predictive insights on cost reduction, supplier risk, and production performance
Champion digital adoption to replace manual tracking and scale execution globally
Team Development
Lead and mentor a global team of senior program managers with both technical and operational depth

Your Impact
We are hiring a Director of New Ventures, Commercial and Revenue Controllership to play a critical role in integrating newly acquired businesses into Axon's operating model. Reporting to the VP Business Controller, you will lead revenue controllership and commercial close operations, support post-acquisition integration, and ensure compliance with ASC 606, SEC, and SOX standards.

Strategic & Operational Leadership
Be commercially astute with strong product understanding, driving a robust New Product Introduction (NPI) integration process to ensure financial readiness across quote-to-cash, SKU/BOM setup, and revenue treatment.
Lead the monthly revenue close for newly acquired M&A businesses, owning end-to-end accounting for key revenue streams, including revenue recognition, technical assessments, SOX control design, and preparation of external disclosures under ASC 606 and SEC requirements.
Apply Axon's global order-to-cash standards to integrate acquired businesses into our processes and controls.
Execute post-acquisition integration, from due diligence to financial system alignment and process transformation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, FP&A, Legal, Operations, IT and Finance verticals to implement pre-contract review best practices, streamline fulfillment planning, and align revenue reporting with internal forecasts and external guidance.
Train and mentor team members on technical revenue topics while shaping scalable, global processes.
Reporting & Automation
Deliver timely and accurate monthly and quarterly revenue reporting for senior leadership.
Enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automation to improve visibility, accuracy, and timeliness.

Technical Foundation

Industry & Integration Experience
10+ years of progressive accounting/controllership experience spanning Big 4 and industry.
Proven ability to navigate SaaS recurring revenue, hardware/manufacturing, and complex multi-element arrangements.
Experience supporting NPI, ensuring financial readiness across Read-to-quote, SKU/BOM setup and revenue treatment
Proven experience managing the finance workstream of M&A integration, from diligence through post-close
Strong systems fluency - hands-on experience with D365, SalesForce, OneStream, HFM, Alteryx, Adaptive.

The starting base pay for this role is between USD 147,150 in the lowest geographic market and USD 235,440 in the highest geographic market.
