Fulfillment Management Production follow up, work with the China Factory, Thailand Factory on long-term capacity planning and short-term production plan to make sure the production can be finished on time to support the product shipping schedule and satisfy different customer orders in different location via different trade mode (FOB/DDP/CIF etc.) Work out the shipping plan of moving products from Thailand Factory to US DCs, need consider the DC network and the allocation for different customers in different DCs. Monitor the execution of the shipping plan, evaluate and continuously improve Production Planning Conformance. Work with Logistics team to track the shipping, including shipping from China, Thailand to make sure the products can be delivered to the DCs or customer DCs on time. 4. Inventory Management Inventory simulation: based on the sell in forecast and incoming plan, work out the inventory simulation plan, figure out the potential risk, alert the risk and work with the stakeholders to fix the risk to make sure the inventory turnover is reasonable. Abnormal inventory management: monitor the abnormal inventory monthly, weekly and daily, work with the Sales, Business Planning and Logistic team to ensure there will be no abnormal inventory. Channel inventory analysis: analyze the channel inventory based on the sell thru, from both turnover and absolute number standpoint to manage the channel inventory to ensure the inventory turnover is reasonable. 5. Process and tool optimization Continuously improve the end-to-end process, work with the Process Management team and IT team to introduce and implement the efficient process and IT tools. 6.     Responsibilities: Provide Third Part Support Via Phone/Email/Text to Technicians in the Home Be available to receive phone calls all day. Assist in the repair of HA & CE product. Maintain training to improve product knowledge. Utilize tools to diagnose problems such as phone app to visually see what technician is looking at. Make decisions based on the best interests of customer & Hisense. Investigate field failure data & update R&D/Factory. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associates or 2-year tech school degree 1-5 years hands on field repair of home appliance or TV products.
