The plan is designed to replace part of a staff members' paycheck in the case of an illness, injury or surgery that prevents you from working according to the doctor's orders. Staff members receive approximately 60% of their gross pay. 401k: All staff members are automatically enrolled to the 401k retirement program through Empower on their 91 st day of employment at 3% of their salary.
