Frequently help clients with repositioning, transferring from beds/chairs, using mobility aids, and fall prevention techniques to ensure safety. Frequently assist clients with hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, and other personal care needs while maintaining their dignity and respect. Consistently be on your feet, walking and standing for extended periods throughout the shift while assisting clients. Consistently maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, following infection control and safety protocols to prevent falls, injuries, and health risks. Consistently engage with clients in a compassionate and patient manner, effectively communicating to understand their needs, provide emotional support, and ensure comfort. SHIFTS Morning, Afternoon, and Evening To achieve a full 8-hour workday, you may be assigned multiple clients, and shifts typically vary in length, averaging between 3-4 hours; 8-hour shifts are limited. Part-time positions are available; however, applicants must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
