Essential Funtions:

Reassemble and test equipment following repairs.
Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.
Adjust system controls to setting recommended by manufacturer to balance system, using hand tools.
Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
Strictly follow company's safety and cGMP policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor to support normal operations.
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent. License required 3+ year experience as an HVACtechnician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
Working knowledge of boiler systems.
Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice. Ability to work in confined spaces.
