Primary Responsibilities:
Properly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
Communicates repair status updates with customer and branch office.
Communicate parts order(s) with branch.

Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
