*#3: On-Call Rotation:* Oh-and we think we have the *BEST on call rotation* around! How does one night a week sound? Or every 6th weekend, with a TEAM to support you? We have 3-7 techs on call on any given night so you don't get burnt out and you have back up. And you have a company manager answering all calls and dispatching. NOT an answering machine. We're not sending you 2 hours away for the stair switch being turned off.
*#4: Warehouse Support: *How does it sound to come in daily and have your materials restocked for you by our warehouse team? Do you need parts run out to you? Do you need a helper with that Water Heater? No problem, we have people for that.

Inspect, maintain, and perform daily maintenance on company van to assure proper running condition to respond to calls quickly with minimum interruption 24/7.
Alert Senior Service Tech of any service repairs needing assistance, technically, mechanically, and physically. Use house or cell phones to communicate with Senior Service Tech as needed.

Principal Responsibilities:
* Install heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment, including related fixtures; checks equipment for malfunctions; maintains, repairs or replaces defective equipment. Performs related work as required.
* Perform seasonal start up and shut down maintenance on all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment including classroom, rooftop and air handling units.

Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Current HVAC/Refrigeration License.
3. Three (3) years of experience as an HVACTechnician.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to describe the general nature of work and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
1. Performs installation, preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
2. Responds to, evaluates, and rectifies problems with HVAC equipment and systems, pneumatic and digital controls, refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, and other miscellaneous HVAC and refrigeration equipment
3. Follows work orders, drawings, diagrams, other specifications and/or verbal instructions.
4. Plan, install, inspect, test, and maintain/repair systems and/or equipment.
5. Check completed work to ensure system/equipment is properly functioning.
6. Develop and follow preventative maintenance schedule.
7. Responds to repair calls, analyzes problems and makes recommendation for and/or repairs.
8. Maintain necessary records and reports. Requisition necessary equipment and supplies. Move materials as necessary in the performance of duties or as directed. Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to proper supervision
9. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
10. Follow safety rules and regulations.
