Dr. Garrett has over 20 years of senior executive management experience in the mining industry and an exceptional track record for developing projects and building companies. Dr. Garrett was President, CEO and Director of Romarco Minerals Inc. where she built and led the team that developed the multi-million ounce Haile Gold Mine from discovery through to final feasibility, permitting and construction. Romarco was subsequently acquired by OceanaGold in 2015 and Dr. Garrett was appointed to the Board of OceanaGold and a member of the Steering Committee for the Haile Gold Mine. Dr. Garrett was most recently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. (NCP), a mining exploration and development company, since June 2016. Dr. Garrett is also a Director of NovaGold Resources Inc., a gold company listed on the NYSE American and Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to her time at Romarco, Dr. Garrett held numerous senior positions in public mining companies including VP of Corporate Development at Dayton Mining Corporation and VP of Corporate Development at Beartooth Platinum Corporation. Early in her career, Dr. Garrett was the Senior Mining Analyst and Portfolio Manager in the precious metals sector with US Global Investors. Dr. Garrett has also served as a director of TriStar Gold, Inc. and Revival Gold Inc. Dr. Garrett received her Ph.D. in Engineering and her Masters in Mineral Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Stan Rideout is a Board Member at Carolina Gold Resources and Exec VP/CFO at HYCROFT MINING HOLDING CORP and is based in Metropolitan Area, Charleston, South Carolina. He has worked as Exec VP/CFO at SWIFT; Vice President and Treasurer, Investor Relations Officer at Phelps Dodge; and Senior VP/CFO at Romarco Minerals Inc. Stan attended University of Evansville between 1981 and 1984 and Western Kentucky University between 1978 and 1980.

Mr. Henris is a highly experienced mining operations executive with more than 35 years of experience in senior operations positions with major mining firms including General Manager of two mines at Newmont Mining Corporation (“Newmont”) where he was responsible for surface and underground mines and processing facilities, including roasting, flotation and oxide milling, and heap leach pads. At Barrick Gold Corporation (“Barrick”), Mr. Henris held positions as Mine Operations Supervisor and Senior Mine Planner at the Goldstrike Mine. At Goldcorp Inc., Mr. Henris was Vice President, Mining and Geotechnical. His background includes on the ground experience managing several open pit and underground mines with both heap leach and milling/refractory oxidation processing operations. Mr. Henris has a specific focus and strong experience in establishing safety cultures, reliability, and cost control programs. He joins us from Stantec Inc. where he was a Senior Mining Consultant providing his technical expertise on mine planning, engineering support, feasibility, and optimization studies for several mining projects. Mr. Henris holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
