As a COO, I am at the helm of operational affairs including HR and Finance at i2e consulting. Futuristic vision, passion, and strong execution combined with my risk taking abilities form the pivot of my journey from an electronics engineer at HCL to a successful serial entrepreneur. I have a very clear idea in mind of exactly what I want to achieve and how I plan to achieve it.

My team sees me as a great negotiator as I am able to influence all internal and external stakeholders who must work together to execute a business vision and strategy. I love motivating my team to accomplish business goals and achieving a work-life balance. Building networks, financial management, and generating creative ways to identify and meet market opportunities are a few of my key skills that set me apart from my peers.

Apart from being credited for breakthrough innovations, I am also known for my strong advocacy on speedy commercialization and adoption. As a co-founder at Meditorch Technologies Private Ltd, we pioneered ‘Digital Surgical Training and Mentoring Platform’ for surgeons. I am heading the mobile initiative at i2e consulting, which has two award winning apps (Project Planning Pro and Mind Vector) with a humungous user base of more than 3 million. It is growing at more than half a million users per year, opening up new markets like, China. I am also spearheading the digital marketing initiatives at i2e consulting, aiming to reach the right customers at a much lower cost than traditional marketing methods.

When away from work, you’ll find me either running (I am a marathoner) or growing organic veggies and fruits at my farm. Also, I am a mentor and a guide to many budding and mature runners.

An experienced investor and corporate development executive, Mr. Dekel was a partner at Magma, one of Israel’s best venture capital funds. He also led the corporate development team at Ceva, a NASDAQ traded company. Eitan served on the boards and actively supported the growth of many other startups. Currently, Eitan is heading the Corporate Venture Fund for Orbia, a $7B public company, which is a leading provider of products and solutions across multiple sectors of industry and commerce from construction and infrastructure to agriculture, healthcare, transportation, telecommunications, energy and more.

Eitan holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute, Israel and an MBA from the University of Manchester, England.
