Position Summary:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to product operations leaders and associates. This position delivers high quality professional and managerial candidates while guiding the hiring manager and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, suppliers and the community at large. Scope may include working with suppliers who provide candidates or services through any or all parts of the staffing process. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process with minimal managerial guidance.

- Manage the efforts of recruiting process outsourcing, contingency and retained search firms; setting expectations, negotiate SOWs and communicating the progress to the internal client.
- Facilitate staff augmentation efforts and the rate negotiations associated (vendor management).

- Participate in project work as required.

Leads upgrades and installations of systems across the enterprise.
Creates annual and multi-year plans for upgrades of existing equipment.
Researches, recommends, and implements new and emerging technologies. This includes video conferencing, desktop video conferencing, web conferencing, streaming and mobile video delivery, high quality video over IP, conference room collaboration systems.
Engineer and install new components within the existing video conference bridging solutions, conference room collaboration solutions (content sharing) and incorporate the appropriate audio components and control systems to enable our cross-platform deployment. The Video Teleconferencing Architect is responsible for the roadmap, design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of all Video Conference systems. Client is currently transitionsing to Cisco UC from Polycom so the candidate must have vast knowledge in the current Cisco UC platform. The Architect position will provide full life cycle support on an enterprise level for video conferencing, network streaming, and audio visual technology. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of existing technology from Polycom, Microsoft, Cisco Skype for Business, and Avaya. The candidate should have a track record of providing exceptional customer service. They will play a critical role in efforts related to the growth, design, and engineering of Client's Video Conference Strategy.
Leads upgrades and installations of systems across the enterprise.
Creates annual and multi-year plans for upgrades of existing equipment.
Researches, recommends, and implements new and emerging technologies. This includes video conferencing, desktop video conferencing, web conferencing, streaming and mobile video delivery, high quality video over IP, conference room collaboration systems.
Engineer and install new components within the existing video conference bridging solutions, conference room collaboration solutions (content sharing) and incorporate the appropriate audio components and control systems to enable our cross-platform deployment.
