Position Summary:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to product operations leaders and associates. This position delivers high quality professional and managerial candidates while guiding the hiring manager and candidates through the selection process. Knowledge of video conferencing systems Webex, and BlueJeans web conferencing software.
Comfortable with computer software including web capturing systems, digital editing software, web video encoding and codecs.
Comfortable with Mac/PC operating systems.
Strong interest in emerging technology
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to lead and manage complex projects with a variety of clients
Must be able to handle temperature extremes and confined spaces at times.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of AMX, Extron, and Creston programming a plus.
Knowledge of Polycom, Cisco, Lync, Avaya and Crestron technology a plus.
Preferred Education:
Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree.
