I am a seasoned veteran of the high-tech industry and I am passionate about creating technology and process innovations that drive revenue and deliver customer delight. Over half of my career has been spent leading successful enterprise-level software delivery groups across all technology disciplines and through all phases of the product lifecycle. My experience includes product ideation through design, construction, delivery, maintenance, and beyond. My teams have delivered a large variety of products including: mission-critical enterprise transactional software systems, case management and compliance solutions, e-commerce sites and components, cloud and SaaS offerings, and integrated mobile apps. I have been fortunate to work for multiple small companies and several billion dollar corporations which has helped me to develop a unique skill set necessary for success within any environment.



As a member of several executive teams I have often participated in crafting corporate strategy and been responsible for executing on that strategy. I have been a key contributor in creating product/revenue growth strategies and have driven acquisitions, forged OEM relationships, created and delivered enablement programs for sales and resellers, served as technical evangelist at conferences and with industry analysts, coordinated customer and partner advisory groups, and delivered multiple world-class software products.

Responsible for developing business technology strategy that support enterprise goals for the software company. Also falling under my authority is IT governance, security and risk management, infrastructure operations, and service delivery. I also guide the overall direction for the company's internal technology systems, ILINX product deployments and support application development processes worldwide.

I have been at ImageSource since 2003, expanding services offerings and refining project methodologies. There, I have fulfilled a variety of roles including Support Services Manager, Sr. Systems Engineer, Project Manager, Program Manager and VP of Professional Services. Under my leadership, implementation teams have successfully executed content, workflow, electronic forms and capture solutions for major organizations that include Costco, Nintendo, US Bank, SunTrust Bank, DHL, King County and multiple state government agencies.
