The Distributions Associate will support the Loans and Distributions team to provide timely and accurate processing of distributions/loans. Essential Functions of Warehouse Shipping Associate:
The primary function is to pick orders using a riding pallet jack and a scan gun, loading outbound semis and box trucks, and using a forklift to bring product down in the racking for the next days orders.
Perform various warehouse functions including:
Replenishment, order-fulfillment (by both case and pallet quantities), prepare product for distribution (including wrapping pallets and labeling orders), and ship product to the endpoint destination.
Take direction as indicated by multiple sources: document, scanner or other instruction.
Keep your workstation clean.
Change tasks and assignments as the needs of our Distribution Center require.
Work safely and accurately with minimal supervision.
Operate PIT equipment according to Gleaners and OSHA guidelines.
Ensure compliance and adherence to all food safety guidelines according to GFB, Feeding America, AIB, USDA, ISDH and any other applicable processes or regulations for safe and sanitary production and storage of all products.

Education and/or Experience of Warehouse Shipping Associate:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Prior experience in customer service is desired.

The Distributions Associate will support the Loans and Distributions team to provide timely and accurate processing of distributions/loans. Will work closely with internal and external clients to ensure that transactions are processed in a timely manner and exceptions are resolved as quickly as possible.
