What you will do: * Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation. * Improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and downtime reduction. * Provide technical/subject matter expertise and guidance for the resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems. * Serve as a resource for cause/effect investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning. As a Journeyman Network Plant Engineer (ISP / OSP), you will be responsible for the planning, installation, and sustainment of inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) network infrastructure. This position supports the physical build-out of mission-critical communication systems by implementing structured cabling, fiber optics, copper plant, and network connectivity across the Base Area Network (BAN).
