Consulting Delivery

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.

Job Description
Our Princiapl ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) SME GRC / IRM / TPRM plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technical capabilities on the ServiceNow platform specific to GRC. This client-facing role involves gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, translating business logic into technical specifications, and supporting the implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the GRC ServiceNow module.
Requirements
Requirements Gathering & Analysis Lead workshops to collect and document business and technical requirements in the GRC / IRM / TPRM module area.
Translate complex technical specifications into business logic and vice versa.
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate GRC ServiceNow capabilities and enhancements.
Documentation & Communication Create user stories, process guides, end-user documentation, and playbooks.
Document enhancement requests and technical specifications related to the GRC module.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding status updates and feasibility assessments.
Platform Expertise & Collaboration Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules including IT Workflows, CRM Workflows, GRC, Security & Risk, AI, etc. Partner with ServiceNow architects, developers and provisioning analysts to ensure alignment of business and technical objectives.
Support UAT sessions and training for various client personas.
Agile & Delivery Support Write user stories to be configured by technical developers.
Work within Agile frameworks to support sprint planning and execution.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers and communicate through appropriate channels.
Ensure deliverables are complete, consistent, and aligned with customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist in ServiceNow environments including GRC / IRM / TPRM module.
ITIL Foundation Certification (v4). Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Agile lifecycle and tools like ServiceNow Docs and NowCreate.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM) is ideal but specifically GRC.
Familiarity with Common Services Data Model and Strategic Portfolio Management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Key Competencies
Business process reengineering technical and functional documentation for Stakeholder engagement. Agile delivery and sprint planning skills. ServiceNow platform knowledge and workshop facilitation and training experience.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 to $150,000 Base Pay US Dollars.

Experience: 7+ years **Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*** As a Network Engineer you will be part of a global team responsible for architecting, standardizing, and deploying new infrastructure technologies including Software Defined Networking, Traffic switching, High Density Wireless architecture, and Network Security. In this position, the engineer will be working directly with corporate and internal lines of business to support growth through project-based initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
· Implement Network Infrastructure solutions (Lan, wifi, WAN) using Cisco and other vendor products to support corporate business initiatives
· Duties are project work which includes integrating remote offices of acquisitions
· Communication with the project team, internal customer, and remote networking groups to understand requirements for integration
· Collaborate with your team to align infrastructure standards for architecture and configuration to meet corporate requirements
· Participate in planning of new technologies to drive infrastructure that aligns with the strategic roadmap
· Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade software and operating systems when required.
· Participate in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and connectivity problems and document problems and resolutions for future reference
· Stay current with trends in IT related technologies and methods
· Knowledge of IT standards
**Mandatory Knowledge and Skills**
· Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, DHCP, SNMP, etc.)
· Working knowledge of Cisco switches (latest Catalyst and Nexus), and wireless environments (latest WLCs and APs)
· Working knowledge of Meraki Switches and AP's
· Working knowledge in using advanced switching technologies such as VPC, VDC, HSRP, PBR, and MAC Security
· Experience configuring Cisco ISE in a multi-switch model environment
· Experience with Infoblox for IPAM, DNS, and DHCP
· Excellent Communication skills at all levels of the organization with English as the primary communication language
· Strong action orientation and attention to detail
· CCNP Certification is an added advantage
**Desired Knowledge and Skills**
· Experience with SDWAN technologies such as Velocloud
· Experience with DNA-C leveraging automation and orchestration to push standard configurations and to use plug in play for hardware deployments.
· CCIE Routing and Switching
**Qualifications**
· Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science
· Minimum 4-5 years of progressive experience in managing a Virtual environment
· Experience in supporting Azure/GCP Public cloud is a definite advantage
· Practical experience with Firewalls, load balancers and network simulators
· Systems/Network Monitoring Experience
· Windows, RHELinux and associated clusters
· Experience with a scripting language such as tcl, Perl, Python, and writing shell scripts

The annual salary for this position is between $73,350- $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Risk Assessment and Security Controls implementation
Conduct Risk Assessment and help stakeholders in closing the assessment gaps
Implementation of Infosec controls, testing of evidences, and reporting, across IT development and Business Operations
Working knowledge on Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and Secure Release Management
Define and implement policies and procedures with respect to Risk / Information security, Business Continuity and Data Privacy.
Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to get the right information and publish metrics, status reports and initiatives dashboard to all internal and external stakeholders.
Review client contracts and provide right inputs for decision making, map organization controls, track and ensure contractual compliance.

Audits
Auditing Suppliers / Vendors periodically in terms of their compliance to Information security standards as per MSA/contract.
Auditing the IT infrastructure components, say, servers, networks, applications (both internal and third party), scanning the vulnerabilities, define appropriate controls and certify them to use it in our business.
Conduct Internal Information Security Audits, Risk Audits and Compliance Audits and work with the teams to ensure closure of Audit findings.
Facilitate external audits with certifying bodies and ensure certification / Recertification (ISO 27001, SSAE 18 - SOC1, SOC2, etc.,)
Facilitate Client audits, responses to Client questionnaires, create and demonstrate audit evidences, artifacts and documentation on Information security controls by coordinating with all internal / client stakeholders.
Handling Security Incidents, Audit Non-conformities, Process deviations and Complaints pertaining to Risk / Information Security and ensure that the process owners are defining and implementing the relevant corrective / preventive actions and close the same.
Change Management / Process Improvements / Quality Assurance
Define and implement change initiatives in the areas of Risk / Information Security, Business Continuity and Data Privacy to meet organizational goals.
Identify continuous process improvement opportunities, define and implement best practices, and drive an improvement culture across the organization.
Knowledge on Quality Assurance processes, creating Standard Operating Procedures / templates / records is preferable.
Soft skills
Professional working proficiency in English is a must.
Working knowledge on MS-Office productivity tools or equivalent is a must.
Knowledge on using AI tools is preferred.
Qualifications:
Basic:
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience related to the job description.
Preferred
