ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those that are looking for a personalized work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but rather will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members (via our my Time mobile scheduling app) that work best with your schedule.
When you choose to pick up a shift, reliable and prompt attendance is necessary.
We also ask for your active engagement by picking up and working shifts once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). Flexibility can be granted in certain circumstances, but you need to respond to our attempts to contact you to confirm your interest in working shifts at Target. If you do not respond to our attempts at contact, your employment may be terminated. Additionally, if you do not work at least one shift within 5 months, your employment with Target will be administratively terminated.
Your communication and ability to work when our business demands it most are critical to your success in this role.
Should you be offered a position as an On-Demand TM, you will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are properly prepared for your new role. JOB PURPOSE: The Program Manager will ensure that day-to-day services meet the program's standards and objectives, provide clinical consultation and staff training, and develop and implement evidence-based treatments. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field, along with BCBA or BCBA-D certification and extensive experience with children ages 3 to 15 on the autism spectrum.
Primary job responsibilities include daily supervision and training of assigned staff and daily oversight of each client's treatment program. The BCBA develops individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for each assigned client based on behavioral assessment and individualized data and family input. The BCBA conducts the initial implementation of the programs, reviews data frequently, modifies programs as necessary to maximize progress, and monitors treatment integrity. The BCBA provides direct one on one and small group treatment using ABA procedures for children with a diagnosis of Autism and/or Intellectual Disability who display aggressive, disruptive, non-compliant, and/or self-injurious behavior. Training consists of skill acquisition for self-help skills, pre-academic skills, social skills, communication skills, vocational skills, and basic attending skills. The BCBA ensures standardized preference assessments, functional analyses, and skill assessments are conducted in a timely manner. The BCBA conducts direct observations, collects data, summarizes data, and documents training progress. Work is often observed by parents, teachers, and other staff. The BCBA provides supervision of all direct care staff including Registered Behavior Technicians in compliance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The BCBA is responsible to keep up with the literature of ABA and Autism treatment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher education in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field. Documented graduate-level coursework in behavioral assessment and intervention, selecting outcomes and strategies, behavior change procedures, experimental methods, and measuring and interpreting behavioral data. At least one year of experience in providing services to children ages 3-15 with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum. Knowledge of typical child development for children ages 3-15. Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
As a Hospice Clinical Social Worker, you will:
Assist the core members of the pre-hospice/hospice team in understanding significant social, spiritual, and emotional factors related to the patient's health, to establish a plan of care which fosters the personal worth, spiritual well-being, and dignity of each patient.
Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team and in the development and review of the plan of care for all patients.
Assess the social, spiritual, and emotional needs/factors in order to estimate the patient's and involved caregiver's capacity and potential to cope with the problems of daily living and with the terminal diagnosis and illness.
Prepare the patient to cope with the changes and the chosen family to support the patient including education on advance directives/advanced care planning
Utilize all available resources, such as chosen family, hospice, and community agencies, to assist the patient and chosen family to live better within the limitations of the illness
Support the bereavement program
Provide discharge planning related to change of level-of-care or community placement/location-of-care
Required Certifications and Licensures:
Licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency operation if required
Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

The VRC I-Sr VRC performs routine to senior-level vocational rehabilitation work in support of the mission, goals and values of the Texas Workforce Commission.
VRC Trainee to Sr VRC applies critical thinking skills and sound decision making in performance of routine rehabilitation work in the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program.
