Job Responsibilities
Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
Properly stores food in accordance with standards
Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs
Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
Ensures security of company assets

The primary responsibility of an adult mentor is to maintain an orderly, positive, and safe environment for our junior mentor's youth engagements. In addition to the aforementioned, our adult mentors play an integral part in the design, support, and implementation of the curriculum, infrastructure systems (cloud & onpremise), and equipment that powers our various programs. While performing the duties of this position, adult mentors will acquire the professional leadership, communication, and technical skills most desired by premier employers.
Oversee junior mentor student engagements and maintain an orderly, respectful, and safe learning environment at all times
Implement, support, and administer infrastructure systems (i.e. web services, databases, messaging services, etc)
Build, repair, setup, and maintain various computer systems
Design, code, implement, and debug computer programs
Assist in the collection, processing, and tracking of donated systems (i.e. scrubbing computer data and compliance)
Organize, track, secure, and maintain business assets and work areas
Coordinate training efforts with international partner organizations and peers
Lead and/or assist junior mentors in the presentation of curriculum
Assess and report strengths and weaknesses of training sessions
QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
Be able to pass a comprehensive background check (to work with minors)
