What You Will Do * Contribute to architectural deliverables on projects, working with Design Director(s) and project team(s) for all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production * Support and collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives * Contribute to resolution of complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions * Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings * Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination * Contribute to office activities, initiatives and learning programs * Advance the understanding that design resilience is a responsibility of every person at Gensler * Cultivate design expertise with the desire to always learn, grow, and evolve Your Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program * 3-6 years of relevant architecture and design experience within a commercial design firm * Ideal candidate will have experience with multiple building typologies of varying scale, including commercial office and mixed-use buildings, sports and entertainment venues, workplace interiors and repositioning projects * Must be proficient in Revit and the Adobe Suite.
