To receive packaged client documents and materials, including packing and unpacking various size packages and pallets of boxes, record into the inventory system, assign barcodes and organize content in the direction of the management and deliver palletized content to and form the Service Center.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory and proper organization within the workspace/warehouse.
Organize pallets and boxes in the warehouse space as per directions provided.
Follow a chain of custody procedures for incoming and outgoing material.
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors and co-workers.
Follow guidelines set forth in standard operating procedures.
Process, comprehend, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Receive, process, and maintain orders for document delivery & pickups
Study production schedules and estimate hour requirements for completion of job assignments and inform the AIM Center Manager of any requests that can't be met.
Wrap skids. Load skids for shipping and unload for production.
Immediately report any accident, injury, or traffic citation issued involving a company vehicle, and await instructions from the AIM Center Manager.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized by proper disposal of trash and recycling materials.
Perform other tasks, duties, or functions directed by the Supervisor.
Follow the guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Punctual and follow the production schedules
Assure the job is done correctly and to the highest degree of quality, accuracy and meeting set goals.

The Inventory Specialist position is responsible for the movement of materials, supplies, and equipment between incoming inspection, storage locations, and warehouses. Conducts ERP transactions to track all movement of materials/equipment and performs physical movement of all materials/equipment. Responsible for accurate and timely coordination and maintenance of items received into or issued out of the warehouse.
Key Job Functions:
* Receive and confirm accuracy of new materials/equipment into warehouse and complete necessary ERP transactions in a timely manner.
* Maintain physical, as well as ERP inventory accuracy.
* Physically transfers material/equipment into and out of warehouse areas to work orders and reservations.
* Transacts all materials/equipment movements in ERP.
* Completes or assists in regular cycle count program.
* Completes or assists in yearly physical inventory count.
* Creates and maintains physical bin locations and confirms accuracy in ERP.
* Maintains general housekeeping of inventory area.
* May be required to work overtime.
* Adhere to safety standards with Company HSE policies.

What you'll do…
We are looking to hire a detailed-oriented, driven, and resourceful professional to help the shipping, receiving, and inventory responsibilities to support the Operations & Maintenance (O&M), the Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Construction groups with inventory coordination, shipping, receiving, and other responsibilities to allow safe and efficient inventory operations. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in inventory/warehousing and freight logistics. This role will help warehouse / inventory operations while creating a safe environment, maintaining quality and minimizing unnecessary costs.
You'll make an impact by:
· Help all shipping/receiving operations and guarantee inventory integrity through enforcement of inventory management policies.
· Help mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
· Receive and count stock items, arrange dispatching of parts and record data manually or using a computer keeping an up-to-date Inventory count and maintains critical spares inventory at or above minimum allowed quantity.
· Learn to run inventory reports by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
· Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
· Check parts received. Communicate with shop inventory person to rectify problems, such as damage, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
· Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
· Examine contents and compare them with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments.
· Learn to prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials to domestic locations as needed.
· Help record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
· Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Work with the safety department to report, repair and replace broken tools.
· Responsible for the safe shipping/loading and receiving/unloading of all items utilizing equipment that are manual, motorized, or other in nature.
· Operate forklift for uploading and offloading parts.
· Operate the crane and rigging as needed.
· Interface with technicians and other team members that request parts and make sure that they have the appropriate authorization prior to releasing.
· Effectively communicates with others and can work both independently and on a team in a dynamic environment.
· Complete and perform necessary certification (and recertification if necessary) training to utilize equipment as required to perform job function.
· Responsible for daily/weekly cleaning of the shop and work area.
