As head of the shared services technology group, Esparza oversees the strategic vision, direction and delivery of technology initiatives across Jackson Healthcare’s campus and operating companies.

Esparza brings a wealth of experience with some of the leading brands in Atlanta, including The Weather Channel, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Cox, and The Home Depot. Immediately prior to joining Jackson Healthcare, he was a vice president of software engineering at The Weather Company, an IBM Business, where he managed engineering teams in Atlanta and Israel to build the company’s advertising, video, and content delivery platforms in all digital formats. Previously, as a global innovation manager at IHG, he launched the world’s first mobile key platform.

Esparza holds a bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin and studied at Tecnológico de Monterrery. He stays involved with a number of technology organizations in the Atlanta area and sits on the boards of The Brittany Club, a local non-profit, and the Alpharetta Technology Commission. He is a licensed pilot, scuba diver, avid traveler and resides with his wife, Brittany, and 2 kids in Brookhaven, GA.

Bob Toupin serves as chief information officer of Jackson Healthcare. As head of the technology group, he oversees the strategic vision, direction and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization, including the Jackson Healthcare family of companies.

To his position, Bob brings 30 years of IT leadership experience in building high performing teams, implementing large scale IT projects and developing technology roadmaps. Prior to joining Jackson Healthcare in 2021, he was CIO at BlueLinx Corporation and before that, CIO of PaperWorks Industries. Other leadership roles he has held include an array of progressive positions with WestRock Company.

Throughout his career, Bob has led a host of transformation initiatives - including several major ERP implementations, designing company data analytics and reporting platforms to drive intelligent decisioning, migrating data centers and applications to the cloud, and leveraging technology to realize new efficiencies and increase bottom line results.

Bob was formally trained in Lean Six Sigma and was a blackbelt for two years. Since then, he has leveraged his experience to transform operational units and back-office departments with world-class systems and workflow tools. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia.

Leslie Kurtz serves as Chief Financial Officer for Jackson Healthcare. In this role, she is responsible for leading the accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and risk management operations of the enterprise, including financial oversight of the Jackson Healthcare family of companies.

With more than 30 years of progressive financial and operations experience, Kurtz has deep expertise in creating systems and processes to support rapidly growing businesses and a proven track record of driving top-line growth, operational excellence and sustained profitability.

Before joining Jackson Healthcare, Kurtz held executive leadership positions in the talent management and healthcare industries, most recently serving as CFO at MedQuest Associates. Prior to that, she worked with multiple companies in accounting and operational finance leadership roles, including Arthur Andersen, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Irwin & Browning and Right Management.

Tim Aligheri is a Chief Technology Officer at Jackson Healthcare and is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Beverly Turner is an Executive Assistant to Chief Risk Management Officer at Jackson Healthcare at Jackson Healthcare and is based in Alpharetta, Georgia. She has worked as Sales Associate at Good Sports Outdoor Outfitters, Executive Assistant at Williams Capital, and Personal Trainer at Scott King Circuit Fitness. Beverly studied at Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate, Gainesville State College and University between 2002 and 2006, and National Academy of Sports Medicine between 2012 and 2012.

Experienced Software Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Azure, Unit Testing, C#, Agile Methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and NUnit/MSTest. Strong engineering professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
