    We're seeking to identify a Construction Technical Service Professional to support our Advanced Manufacturing team and our data center projects. At Jacobs, how we manage the flow of technical information to construction is crucial to the success of our projects and a key component of the work we do with our clients. As a Construction Technical Services Professional, you will: * Engage in resolving in-progress issues, discrepancies, or disputes related to technical interpretation of drawings and specifications; clarifying and, when required, expediting home office/responsible engineer(s) response to meet project needs in a timely manner * Liaise with home office engineering, outside engineering firms, and client representatives * Provide On-site technical support in interpretation of engineering released documents, specifications, and drawings, including input to the change management process within your technical expertise. * Engage in the Permitting process and with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), * Work with Design-Build contractors once their efforts move to the field. * Effectively communicate with subcontractors leading to receipt and management of all key drawings and documents in a revision-controlled manner. * Work to Ensure revision control is in place for all construction documents * Ensure contractors have the latest revisions to construction documents * Mange, control, and communicate all timely information related to potential changes in design and installation * Ensure we work within the field sketch/redline process associated with changes * Work with Project Controls and Construction regarding the Field Design Revision process * Act as technically competent lead in response to contractor or other party request for specification deviation in work or work product, working within the project approved spec deviation process. * Work with Field Quality, contractor, and Home Office Engineering to resolve Nonconformities (NCRs) * Provide mentorship and guidance to subordinate members of the team toward meeting these objectives. You will sit inside the Digital Delivery / BIM team, working closely with BIM managers, project managers, construction managers, and automation/AI specialists. Your focus is not on "filling in" data, but on connecting to it, structuring it, and visualizing it-from early design through construction and closeout. If you enjoy turning messy AEC data (models, RFIs, submittals, P6 schedules, financials, procurement feeds) into dashboards that teams actually rely on, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Design & Delivery * Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that support: * Design and coordination progress * Model health and quality indicators * Issue/clash metrics and remediation * Program- and project-level KPIs across a multi-site portfolio * Create construction administration dashboards that track: * Submittals (status, cycle times, responsible parties, bottlenecks) * RFIs (volume, response times, trends by discipline/location) * Daily reports / field reports (labor, quantities, weather impacts, safety, key events) * Translate stakeholder questions into clear visuals, metrics, and layouts that support real decisions. * Support project teams during setup and key milestones, iterating dashboards based on feedback. As a Data Center Construction Manager, you'll join our collaborative team, providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. The Construction Manager's (CM) primary function is to lead the Pre-construction and construction process in reviewing contractor performance against the contractor's responsibility for schedule and quality and assist in planning work to ensure the contractors can perform efficiently. The Data Center CM will work with a team and report to the Jacobs Management. The CM monitors the work installed by contractors to ensure it is completed using sound, acceptable construction practices. The CM will be a resource for the Owner to provide guidance on US construction practices and review change orders. The CM is also responsible for auditing installed quantities as reported by the contractors to aid in accurate schedule updates and the invoicing review process. They participate in Interactive Planning (IAP) efforts for schedule sequence development. You'll serve as a business partner working with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager to lead HSE excellence and deliver a project ensures no worker injuries or negative impacts to our client's business continuity. We'll ask you to support BeyondZero performance that is inclusive of the Line of Business' (LOB) vision and strategic plans as well as provide overall leadership, management and direction to the team and client assigned. We'll rely on you to take personal ownership and responsibility for protecting people from harm and for driving strategies and performance while supporting continuous improvement.
