Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit MEP, our teams create 3D models in coordination with architects and engineers. From those 3D BIM models you'll design fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, smoke and leak detection, security and intrusion detection systems, and more. As the onsite Owner's Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, compliant execution of all construction activities, including: * Oversee daily construction activities to ensure full compliance with plans, specifications, permits, and regulatory requirements. * Maintain a strong onsite presence to track progress, validate work in place, and proactively resolve field issues. * Support development and review of construction schedules, look-aheads, critical path items, and sequencing strategies. * Lead site logistics planning, including access/egress, material deliveries, site controls, shutdowns, and operational impacts. * Monitor contractor performance, manpower, sequencing, and workmanship; escalate and drive corrective actions as needed. * Review and manage RFIs, submittals, field changes, and technical clarifications to maintain project continuity. * Validate weekly field progress against the contractor's schedule and support recovery strategies when delays arise. * Enforce safety, ICRA/PCRA requirements, environmental controls, and all site-specific compliance protocols. * Conduct regular field walks to verify quality of installation, mock-ups, testing, commissioning, and system readiness. * Coordinate inspections and compliance activities with HCAI, City agencies, IORs, and other authorities having jurisdiction. * Lead and facilitate onsite coordination meetings and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, inspectors, and facility stakeholders. * Provide documentation and reporting support, including daily logs, progress photos, cost/change validation, pay app verification, punch lists, commissioning, and closeout activities.
