We're seeking a Senior Air Quality Modeler to oversee projects on air dispersion modeling in air permitting. You'll serve as a technical specialist and lead for our Air Permitting, Modeling, Monitoring, and Reporting team. Based out of our US offices (preferred locations would be Tampa, FL; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; and Irvine, CA), you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with local and global experts to ensure Jacobs provides best practice solutions to our clients. You'll prepare and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to clients' technical and senior leadership in accordance with Jacobs' quality process. Apply your technical experience to develop delivery strategies and develop client relationships while championing safety, quality, and the well-being of your team. Understanding and promoting Jacobs' solutions and technologies to internal and external stakeholders. This position may require some travel to client or team workshops, presentations, or to conduct site visits. The role will be predominantly office-based, but periodic field assignments may be required. Responsibilities shall include inspection and verification of the maintenance activities and work performed by various Facilities Maintenance contractors and assisting with the Facilities Rating Program (FRP) inspections. These work types and inspections may include such items as: generator/ATS; HVAC; electrical; plumbing; UPS systems; roofing; landscaping, general and specialized building maintenance activities. Assure all work is performed in accordance with contract requirements, regulations, standards, codes, safety requirements, etc. Maintain proper documentation of inspections and work that has been performed to ensure that acceptable quality standards are met, including written reports and photographic documentation.
