Experienced Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. * Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel. * Complete assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards. * Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care. * Formulate, coordinate, and provide plan of care as established in unit standards, including patient and family education, family needs, and discharge planning. * Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and revise the plan of care based on patient response to interventions. * Collaborate with physicians, ancillary personnel, and other interdisciplinary team members to proactively resolve and facilitate patient needs.
Qualifications:

* Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)

* Experience: (none specified)

* Certification(s) and License(s):

+ Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body

+ Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
