• Drive early issue identification through proactive design review and shop-floor engagement
Process Standardization & Documentation
• Develop electrical SOPs, installation guides, and quality standards across all building models
• Partner with drafting teams to ensure accurate part dimensions, component drawings, and labeling
• Enforce formal review processes to prevent undocumented electrical changes or “quick fixes”
• Maintain documentation that supports consistent electrical installations across multiple production sites
Cross-Functional Alignment
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Site Leadership, and Operations
• Coordinate with suppliers on panel design changes, hardware improvements, and component performance
• Support production scale-up by improving electrical workflows, inspection readiness, and process flow
What We're Looking For
• Licensed Master Electrician with extensive commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
• Deep working knowledge of NEC and inspection requirements
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and technically lead electrical teams
• Strong understanding of electrical design review, constructability, and modular production environments
