Establish or modify work procedures including PM's to meet the demands of the site. Make recommendations to improve maintenance and production operations. Create corrective work notifications in SAP for all production equipment. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with 5 years commercial or industrial (preferred) electrical experience OR Associate/Technical degree or apprenticeship completion in a related Industrial Electrical Maintenance field . Experience in operating aerial manlifts & working at heights up to 50'. Experience in the fabrication and installation of galvanized rigid conduit. Proficiency using a digital multimeter. Must be able to work scheduled hours as well as overtime, as required, on short notice Must be able to work in noisy environments Must be able to remain calm in times of heightened emotional situations Must work well with others as a member of a team to complete tasks PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to wear personnel protective equipment (i.e., hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high visibility vest, safety harness, etc.) when required Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead for extended periods of time Ability to lift loads of up to 51 lbs.
