Currently Chief Operating Officer of Kallidus Ltd, a leading provider of talent management software. Reporting to the CEO, I oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the business, supporting and executing our strategic business plans in order to drive growth and increase customer retention. I am responsible for the Service Delivery, Bespoke Content and Customer Support Services for a suite of SaaS modules, continually improving efficiencies, processes and customer experiences.
