The Performance Expert will be responsible for:
* Master Resilience Trainers shall instruct individuals in holistic approaches to strength and conditioning and resilience so that they can help ensure durability. Certified Performance Experts conduct training intake/registration to include initial unit contact, observation, and development of training plan, provide all preparations for the training event to include conducting research, tailoring course material, producing all course material and distributing course material to all training attendees, and shall facilitate the training event, grade student course materials, and document student grades in required databases.
* Performance Experts will assess training impact by distributing surveys at the close of each training activity, provide survey results and summarize training activities in an After-Action Review (AAR) for every training session conducted, and will provide the AAR to leadership for all courses conducted within five workdays of training session completion, as well as a quarterly report with analyses of all data. Performance Experts will maintain records of trainings and observe instructors providing training and provide feedback on delivery of training. All Performance Experts will complete initial instructor certifications to ensure effective delivery.
* Performance Experts' instruction will be geared toward the application of resilience and performance enhancement, how the training ties directly into unit missions, and how to incorporate resilience and performance enhancement into higher level guidance and training. Training will include concepts and skill building to build professional climates founded on mutual trust and cohesive teams, empower Leaders to apply proven communication and fundamental counseling skills that support the organization's doctrine for developmental counseling and evaluations, develop critical thinking, knowledge, and skills to overcome challenges and to bounce back from adversity. Training will focus on teaching participants the practical application of resilience training, resilience and performance enhancement skills, leadership training, and similar skills. Performance Experts shall work as part of a team and provide participants with the resilience and performance knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully complete required trainings, general education in human performance along with personalized training on how to acquire and apply specific mental skills and techniques that cultivate mental and emotional strength. Performance Experts provide tailored educational programs and workshops to help personnel living and working in demanding environments achieve success and accomplish personal, professional, and family goals.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* Education: Minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology.
* Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD personnel.

Title: Donor Specialist Belong. Connect. Grow. With KBR KBR is seeking a Donor Specialist to support our SPARC Program for KBR's Science and Space division. The SPARC program (Service Personnel Advancing Research on CTE) seeks to: 1) Provide education to service members, veterans, and their families on brain donation; 2) Register individuals for participation in the Brain Donation Awareness Registry; and 3) Recover whole specimens, process, and prepare for shipping using appropriate methods. The goal of this program is to support research that is ongoing at the Uniformed Services University's Brain Tissue Repository related to military brain injury and chronic traumatic encephalopathy. This is an onsite position, rotating between various partner locations each day.
The Donor Specialist will be on-call on a rotating and regular basis and must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays with previously scheduled on-call shifts.
The preponderance of duties and work time of the Peer Family Educator will be focused on:
+ Approaching and educating medically competent military members and veterans about the potential to become a brain donor at time of their death, and about the opportunity for them to participate in the Brain Donation Awareness Registry.
+ Lead and implement all aspects of community partner engagement, stakeholder coordination, and direct interactions with service members and veterans for assigned commands.
+ Establish and support regional community partnership and outreach events initiatives to strengthen engagement efforts.
+ Approaching and educating families of potential donors about brain donation at the time of death of their military or veteran family member.
+ Serving as the primary point of contact to be notified about potential donors and answering questions from families, healthcare workers, funeral home workers, or individuals who would like to know more about the donation program.
+ Screening donors, registering study participants, and coordinating with local coroners, medical examiners, tissue transport providers, to facilitate brain donation for research.
+ Collaborating with Peer/Family Educators on recruitment activities.
+ Performing this work under general supervision where discretion is required, such as in the homes of military members, veterans, and their family members; in the rooms of patients in healthcare facilities; and in funeral homes.
On an as needed basis, ancillary duties in tissue recovery will also be performed. Such tissue recovery duties will generally be performed in mortuaries, funeral homes, medical examiner's facilities, and healthcare facilities. The Peer Family Educator may perform such duties in a solo role with no direct onsite supervision. Examples of duties will typically include:
+ Verifying donor identity
+ Reviewing next of kin consent and chain of custody documentation
+ Assisting local dieners, coroners, and pathologists with donated specimens
+ Completion of documents and records for each donation
+ Sectioning and processing the tissue according to the protocols of the project
+ Preparing the specimens for shipping
+ Coordinating the transport of the body following tissue recovery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Protecting the rights and welfare of all human research participants involved in research in accordance with federal regulations and sponsoring agency policies and procedures
+ Adhering to and supporting all Federal regulations and DoD policies and procedures instituted to safeguard protected health information (PHI)
+ Assuring that all key personnel involved in human research have completed the required education for the protection of human research participants
+ Developing materials and tools necessary to appropriately train individuals involved in the conduct of the study around issues related to (but not limited to) protocol requirements, schedule of visits, execution of research plan

+ An associate's degree in a related field plus at least four years of job-related substantive experience in human subject research, tissue donation, professional clinical laboratory work, nursing, paramedic/military medic, or similar related experience.
+ In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience may be considered.

The Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) Project Mechanical Engineer (ME) shall provide architectural and engineering services that support project, work order, and work request operations.
These functions are to ensure the delivery of BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services to the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel as well as five (5) remote Army sites at PSAB, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Knowledge and Familiarity with War Reserve Material (WRM) assets
* Efforts include planning for repair and maintenance, designing, providing technical support, and updating record drawings.
* Provide effective Electrical Engineering support to ensure projects are designed and completed to support mission requirement based on guidance from 378 Engineering Flight Chief.
* Develop and administer Activity/Asset Management Plans (AMP) that translates Air Force and installation objectives into asset-related decisions by understanding assets' physical attributes, condition, usage, and performance as well as the realized and potential value to the mission. These plans should balance risk, current and future objectives, resource limitations, and lifecycle management.
* As required, be available within two (2) hours of notification to meet on the installation with Government personnel.
* Design and develop designs along with scope of work in support of various projects on PSAB.
* Provide frequent updates to the 378 Engineering Flight Chief along with briefings upcoming projects prior to sending to 378 ECONS for solicitation.
* Ensure compliance with all US laws, Saudi Labor Law, US EPA Guidelines, Final Governing Standards (FGS), Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD), US Building Codes, Department of Defense (DoD) Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), National Electric Code (NEC), National Electric Safety Code (NESC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) standards. In addition, ensure site activities comply with applicable US, DoD, and Host Country codes and standards to include American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), International Plumbing Code (IPC), National Plumbing Code (NPC), Building & Fire codes concerning health, safety, and the environment in the design and construction of real property facilities at all times.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
* May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions that require wear of hard hats, gloves, steel toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses and other personal protection equipment (PPE); may be required to push, pull and lift heavy equipment.
* Use of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptop, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
* Work will be indoors and outdoors.

* Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 4 years relevant experience on similar projects.
