What the day will look like.
You will work to drive client retention by providing your portfolio with daily support around job architecture, survey publications, data lifecycle and platform experience.
Through regular interaction you will ensure that all client compensation data submission obligations are fulfilled.
There will be the opportunity for you to work on specific projects, delivering job matching and benchmarking services to clients.

About the role:
Provider-sourced patients represent 80% of new monthly patients on Headway-yet we've built relatively little product to support how providers find, add, convert, and retain these patients. As a Staff Product Designer for Provider Sourced Patients, you'll be the design anchor for a new pod focused on this critical challenge. You'll lead the design vision and execution across the full provider-sourced patient journey-from helping providers market their practice and find prospects, to designing the flows that add patients to Headway, to optimizing conversion and retention.

Selection Process
Admission is competitive. Candidates are evaluated on professionalism, readiness, learning agility, and potential. To ensure a consistent and fair evaluation, all candidates progress through the same structured process. Completion of each step is required to remain under consideration.
1. Application Submission
Apply through our careers site. The application must be fully completed (all required fields and questions), and an attached resume is required. Incomplete applications or missing resumes will not be reviewed.
2. Online Skills Assessment & Video Interview
Applicants who meet initial requirements will complete an online skills assessment to evaluate proficiency in workplace tools (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Those meeting the minimum score will proceed to a structured, one-way video interview, assessed on professionalism, communication, learning agility, and readiness.
3. Recruiter Screening
Candidates who pass the assessment and video interview will complete a virtual screening with an Aon recruiter, featuring behavioral-based interview questions.
4. Program Readiness
Successful candidates are referred to the partner college to confirm eligibility. This includes submitting transcripts or completing placement exams to enroll in courses aligned with the apprenticeship program.
5. On-Site Interviews
Finalists will interview on-site with the hiring team. Interviews include behavioral and situational questions to assess accountability, and ability to succeed in a professional, team-based environment. Attendance on-site is required (remote interviews are not available for this stage).
6. Offer Stage
After on-site interviews, selected candidates receive contingent offers. Upon acceptance, candidates must complete a background check and any additional pre-employment steps communicated by the recruiter.

The Role

About the role:
At Headway, our network is our competitive advantage. We're building the largest national network of therapists and prescribers who accept insurance-currently over 60,000 active providers and growing. As a Senior Product Designer for Provider Acquisition, you'll own the design of our top-of-funnel experiences-the landing pages, lead forms, and acquisition flows that turn interested providers into qualified leads. This is high-leverage growth work: small improvements in conversion can translate to thousands of additional providers joining our network and tens of thousands more patients getting access to care.
You'll be embedded in a new pod focused exclusively on acquisition, working closely with product marketing, engineering, and data to rapidly test, learn, and optimize.

This is traditional growth design work in a mission-driven context. You'll need to balance the craft and polish of consumer product design with the velocity and experimentation mindset of a high-performing growth team. This distributed team assesses and advises on the risk a company has, or could have, and mitigates it through the placement of various insurance products and policies. What the day will look like in Risk Capital Interns within Risk Capital gain valuable experience assisting account executives on assigned accounts across various industries. You'll collaborate with expert colleagues to assess and mitigate risks across diverse industries while you engage in innovative solutions to deliver tailored risk management strategies, fostering profit, growth, and continuity for our clients. How this opportunity is different This is a 10-week paid program across various U.S. offices with access to leaders through weekly learning sessions and a chance to interact with colleagues globally. You will engage in challenging client projects with the benefit of continuous formal and informal feedback and the enjoyment of social outings and community service activities throughout your internship!
