**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee daily activities to optimize production factors: materials, processes, labor, and equipment
+ Responsible for all production phases within your area of competence (preparation, packaging, etc.) during assigned shift
+ Collaborate with Production Manager on resource allocation and skill development
+ Apply company criteria to manage resources on production lines (changes, break substitutions)
+ Manage personnel conflicts, lead disciplinary meetings, and recommend measures to HR
