You'll be:** - Performing general production and labor tasks during the seed conditioning season. - Rotating across work areas such as packaging, warehouse, lab support, bulk cleaning, and treating operations. - Monitoring and operating equipment while following safety procedures and SOPs. - Maintaining clean and organized work areas to support efficient operations. - Entering basic inventory or production data into computer systems as assigned. - Supporting team members and responding to changing daily production needs. **Seasonal Responsibilities Include:** **September - October** - Receiving, weighing, and unloading incoming crop trailers. - Assisting with harvest activities such as husking and sorting. - Operating dryers to meet safety, quality, and production requirements. - Shelling, storing, and preparing seed for conditioning operations. **November - March** - Labeling, tagging, bagging, and palletizing seed. - Entering inventory data and staging product for shipment. **April - August** - Retagging and re-bagging returned or in-house seed. - Inspecting, cleaning, washing, and preparing pro boxes for reuse. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Ability to pass drug screening and background check. - Reliable transportation to the York, NE facility. - Ability to work rotating shifts, long hours, and overtime as required. - Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs. - Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including on uneven surfaces. - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. - Positive attitude, strong attendance, and commitment to safety. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous experience in agriculture, seed conditioning, warehouse, or production environments. - Forklift or equipment operation experience (depending on assigned role). - Basic computer skills for inventory tracking or lab-related tasks. - Bilingual skills (required for select specialized roles such as Box Flip Lead). **What happens next:** Once you apply, your profile will be reviewed to determine alignment with the role.
