**What's a typical day as a General Operator? You'll be:**
- Performing general production and labor tasks during the seed conditioning season.
- Rotating across work areas such as packaging, warehouse, lab support, bulk cleaning, and treating operations.
- Monitoring and operating equipment while following safety procedures and SOPs.
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas to support efficient operations.
- Entering basic inventory or production data into computer systems as assigned.
- Supporting team members and responding to changing daily production needs.
**Seasonal Responsibilities Include:**
**September - October**
- Receiving, weighing, and unloading incoming crop trailers.
- Assisting with harvest activities such as husking and sorting.
- Operating dryers to meet safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Shelling, storing, and preparing seed for conditioning operations.
**November - March**
- Labeling, tagging, bagging, and palletizing seed.
- Entering inventory data and staging product for shipment.
**April - August**
- Retagging and re-bagging returned or in-house seed.
- Inspecting, cleaning, washing, and preparing pro boxes for reuse.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
- Reliable transportation to the York, NE facility.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, long hours, and overtime as required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including on uneven surfaces.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Positive attitude, strong attendance, and commitment to safety.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in agriculture, seed conditioning, warehouse, or production environments.
- Forklift or equipment operation experience (depending on assigned role).

This role involves performing field and laboratory tests on construction materials such as concrete, soil, asphalt, and masonry to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. We are looking for someone locally in Rapid City, or someone to travel to the Rapid City, SD area. *****Daily Per-Diem paid if travel to Rapid City, SD is required.*****
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct field quality control tests on concrete and masonry construction.
+ Perform density testing on soil, concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials.
+ Transport equipment, test specimens, and documentation between job sites and laboratories.
+ Prepare and submit daily field observation reports electronically.
+ Assist with equipment setup and support other technicians or departments as needed.
+ Follow all safety policies and procedures.
+ Interpret construction plans and specifications accurately.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician - Grade 1 certification (Required).**
+ Minimum **2 years of experience** in construction materials testing.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs., and work outdoors in varying weather and terrain.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
+ Willingness to travel locally and work nights/weekends as needed.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Familiarity with construction quality control procedures.
+ Ability to read blueprints and follow QC plans and SOPs.
+ Good communication and computer skills.

*There will be night shifts available (7a-7p/7p-7a) Weekends most likely but they are very flexible. 36 hours a week. NO ON CALL
*Facility Type* Hospital (LTAC)
*RN's will handle 6-8 patients per shift.
*EMR: Epic/Paper/HMS
*Training: Computer/on the floor orirntation.
*Phone interview first, then a face to face interview.
ALL DECISIONS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS
Qualifications
*Qualifications:
•Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelors in nursing or health related field preferred.
-Must be able to effectively conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
•Current appropriate state license.
-Must be able to develop the patient plan of care.
•Work experience: 1-3 years experience
-Must be able to identify and communicate changes in patients, clinical conditions with appropriate members of the healthcare team.
