We are seeking an experienced ERP Cutover Lead to manage and execute the cutover process for transitioning from our legacy ERP system to Infor M3. This role will be responsible for coordinating, consolidating, tracking, and leading all cutover activities across technical and business streams, ensuring a smooth and successful go-live. This is an individual contributor role, but will require working with all core team members to create, track, and report on the ERP cutover plan. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage the cutover plan encompassing 1000+ tasks across multiple workstreams * Coordinate activities among 50+ project team members, including technical teams, business users, and external partners * Lead and monitor execution of technical cutover tasks (data migration, system configurations, integrations, hardware installations, and infrastructure readiness) * Oversee business cutover tasks (transactional readiness, process validation, operational handover) * Drive communication plans for internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and readiness * Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality * Serve as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related issues and escalations* 5+ years of experience working on ERP implementations * Proven experience leading ERP cutover activities for large-scale implementations (preferably Infor M3 or similar ERP systems) * Strong project management and coordination skills with ability to manage high-volume tasks and dependencies * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Familiarity with technical and business processes in ERP environments * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during go-live phases

Partner closely with our Data Engineering teams to deliver value through data Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product Bring fresh ideas to the table when working to solve business problems, using your understanding of the of Risk, Trust and Operations business units to generate innovative solutions Partner with Data Engineering teams to define solutions and approaches Be an enabling force that drives effective and sustainable evolution of the various data products we can offer in Risk, Trust and Operations spaces Play a key role in FanDuel's agile delivery framework Play a key role within the PM community here at FanDuel, sharing your industry best practice and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and cross-skilling THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering impactful data products Experience working with data warehouse and data pipeline technologies Is used to working in a fast-paced environment helping to provide clarity to delivery teams when priorities change Experience designing data strategies for both automated and self-service reporting and/or analytics Demonstrated ability to lead the product development of highly visible product or key vertical within a company's portfolio both strategically and tactically Experience using SQL, Python and a variety of reporting and data visualization tools. Familiarity with streaming and Lake House architecture preferred A self-starter able to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively within an agile team Exceptional analysis skills Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops Drives high standards for individual accomplishment and works to meet or exceed challenging goals High level of self-awareness displayed and good understanding of the behavior relating to the environment Ability to constructively challenge and question as well as actively listen PLAYER BENEFITS We treat our team right. The applicable salary range for this position is $106,000 - $139,700 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
