Achieving Results Through Actions & Experience:

Platform architect responsible for combining three emerging composites businesses into one strategic platform, an $80M Profit & Loss. Led diligence M&A activities through purchase, acquisition and integration efforts. Built a new sales and marketing team. Platform turnaround, achieved profitability in under two years. Expanded EBITDA by $2M, 8% revenue growth, $15M in new business.

Delivered profitability to a $150M engineered materials business by leading the commercial team through a multi-year transformation, from being a commodities supplier to a specialty solutions provider. Ultimately assumed P&L responsibility. $14M in EBITDA expansion over 6 years, over $30M in revenue expansion, secured over $50M in multi-year contracts.
