The Document Control Specialist assists Project Manager's to sufficiently maintain documentation within our client's portfolio of projects. The Document Control Specialist is assigned to multiple projects and is responsible for the document lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. They follow and maintain document control procedures, oversee version control, and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders. The successful candidate will have qualities like attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of document management systems. Salary Range: $40,000 - $74,000 The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Responsibilities Responsible for the development, implementation, training and auditing of all controlled documentation: drawings, procedures, reports and any other document under revision control.
