Essential duties & responsibilities:
* Drive new business and organize an annual book of upsell business, while meeting and exceeding sales growth goals in the assigned territory. Achieve long and short-term sales objectives by providing specialty solutions
* Serve as a subject matter expert and champion of Labcorp's expansive list of testing solutions for customers and prospective clients
* Create effective customer relationships. Make in-person visits to clients on a regular basis to provide ongoing customer support, education on focus products, and market updates for the current customer base using sales analytics and insights
* Act as a liaison between the client and Labcorp. Collaborate, communicate and actively contribute to new business opportunities with Labcorp Clinical Sales counterparts
* Keep current with the competition's products, service offerings, and activity
* Stay updated on new products, clinical guidelines, new developments in the industry & research trends
* Use market data, sales analytics, and insights to make sales decisions and spot new business opportunities
* Provide updates to senior leadership on key strategic initiatives and new business opportunities
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments internally
* Effectively manage travel logistics to maximize sales productivity
* Attend local and national professional trade shows and events as requested

* Cold call and build a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievement

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree is preferred
* Previous sales experience or account management is required; preferably 4 years
* Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
* Previous clinical laboratory or diagnostics sales experience highly desired
* Medical device sales experience and business-to-business experience preferred
* Proven success managing a book of business
* Ability to collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to grow the business
* Strong consultative selling and closing skills
* Ability to understand complex scientific literature and use clinical data as a selling factor
* Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
* Excellent time management and organization skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point & Excel, salesforce.com
* Ability to travel overnight as needed

Pay Range: $90,000 to $100,000 base salary plus commission

Collect specimens according to established procedures. This includes, but not limited to: drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
Administer oral solutions according to established training.
Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems or directory of services.
Responsible for completing all data entry requirements accurately including data entry of patient registration; entry of test order from requisition or pulling order from database; managing Standing Orders.
Enter billing information and collect payments when required, including the safeguarding of assets and credit card information.
Data entry and processing specimens including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing specimens as required by test order.
Perform departmental-related clerical duties when assigned such as data entry, inventory, stock supplies, and answer phones when needed.

Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet established turn-around times
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
Must pass a standardized color blindness test
Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay range: $19.20 - $21.47 / hour; employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended.

What you'll do:
* Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials on a scheduled route
* Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff to ensure timely deliveries
* Safely operate a company-provided vehicle (non-CDL)
* Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries
* Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, storage, and documentation
* Comply with all DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards
Qualifications:

* A valid driver's license with less than three moving violations within the past three years
* Great customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, with reliable documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the road
* Comfortable using mobile devices or scanning tools
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on the move for much of your shift
* Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred

These services are performed by a network of Labcorp personnel located throughout the country. Labcorp is seeking medical professionals to provide testing services at events. Once hired, our staff have the ability to assign themselves to events in their area by utilizing our scheduling system. In addition, we provide pre-event comprehensive training on LES protocols.
Testing services include biometric screenings, COVID-19 PCR testing, COVID-19 point of care antigen testing, and temperature checks. Our staff are responsible for the successful setup, execution, and breakdown of events while providing exceptional customer service to participants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and explain participants' screening results (height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist measurement, blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose).
* Proficiency in providing brief interventions aimed to help participants to understand what actionable behaviors can influence their health in an appropriate way
* Provide appropriate health recommendations to participants as needed
* Keep records of interactions with screening participants as directed by Labcorp Program Manager
* Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
Minimum Qualifications:
* MUST be a Certified Registered Dietitian with experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing
* MUST be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
* MUST be 18 years of age or older
* Ability to communicate effectively with participants of various cultures and backgrounds
* Ability to adhere to accepted medical guidelines/practices when providing health education
