Seasonal Research Technician - Alfalfa Breeding Program

About the Role Join our innovative alfalfa breeding team and gain hands-on experience in agricultural research! As a Seasonal Research Technician, you'll support critical field, greenhouse, and laboratory activities that drive advancements in crop science. Key Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of alfalfa research, including transplanting, harvesting, hoeing, and sample preparation.
Operate small lawn tractors and other vehicles to support station operations.
Perform sample grinding and near-infrared (NIRS) analysis in a climate-controlled lab with a dust collection system (PPE provided).
Support greenhouse operations: care for alfalfa plants, hand pollinate flowers, take cuttings, seed, and sort plants.
Maintain greenhouse and field areas, including lawn care and general maintenance.
Participate in off-station day travel as needed.
Tasks will vary by season, offering a diverse and engaging work experience.

The Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist II is an experienced, fully competent Technologist with specialized training and knowledge of cardiovascular procedures directly related to the Cardiac Catherization Laboratory, Responsible for assisting physicians with highly specialized and complex interventional and therapeutic radiologic procedures including but not limited to: peripheral and coronary angioplasty, stents, rotablators, artherectomy, laser, and coronary ultrasound; electrophysiology procedures including ablations and device implantation. A member of the direct patient care team, actively participates and scrubs into Cath Lab cases to assist with the movement and alignment of equipment as well as the control of radiation throughout procedures. Serves as a mentor to Cath Lab Rad Tech I's, Cath Lab RN's and students by utilizing skills and knowledge to help train and educate others. Works independently exercising sound judgment and executing above average clinical skills on challenging diagnostic procedures and patient care situations. Delivers exceptional patient care and adheres to radiation standards and guidelines established by radiology agencies to ensure optimal patient safety and customer service. This job requires availability to be on call.

* Actively participates and scrubs into Cath Lab cases to assist with the movement and alignment of equipment as well as the control of radiation throughout procedures.
* Provides care for the physical needs of patients by executing various Radiologic concepts to maximize performance. This includes: positioning, physiology, procedure preparation, and technical factors. Modifies technical factors to achieve desired imaging results and recognizes complications / limitations associated with certain procedures. Proactively identifies how to address these for optimum outcomes.
QUALITY/SAFETY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Follows radiation safety standards and conducts all imaging procedures accordingly. Properly utilizes patient radiation protection and immobilization during diagnostic procedures. Maintains proper sterile techniques for procedures, regularly practices aseptic techniques, and ensures compliance with infection control procedures. Complies with job, departmental and hospital safety standards, practices and policies.
* Ensures all imaging equipment has had QC performed as required and is in safe working order prior to use. Reports any malfunctions to management and regularly practices preventive maintenance procedures; calls for service if needed.
FINANCE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Provides accurate and complete documentation of patient procedures. Enters charges at the time service is delivered.
GROWTH/INNOVATION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Trane Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an on-site position in our Engineering Test Laboratory (Lab) as an HVAC Product Development Technician I. Your primary function in this entry-level position is testing New Product Development (NPD), sustainability and quality improvement projects, in addition to some agency compliance. This Technician role will support qualifying Trane Applied Compression and Commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products. The job requires problem solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration with other lab and engineering team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
**What you will do:**
+ **Work safely and maintain a safe work area in accordance with company policies and procedures**
+ **Support product development activities by operating commercial HVAC equipment, controlling test facilities, and collecting experimental test data, with guidance from senior laboratory staff**
