Collect routine ingredients and finished samples, as required.
Promptly respond to calls for assistance or quality concerns with clear communication.
Be a resource and assist in the training and education of new employees.
Understand and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP's, and HACCP.
Working overtime is MANDATORY and requires full participation.
Keep lab, scale, and work areas clean. Maintain assigned portion of master sanitation schedule.
