Job Summary

Perform routine and non-routine lab testing of pulp and paper products from paper machines, OCC and pulp mill following mill safety requirements.
Maintain testing procedures and organized data storage.
Support mill trials and data collection processes.

Carry out the day-to-day service program as outlined by the Senior Sales Representative.
Maintain and repair feed and monitoring equipment used for application of CESCO products.
Coordinate CESCO product deliveries, includes meeting and assisting CESCO and common carrier bulk delivery trucks.
Monitor tank levels for order placement, and monthly usage reporting of each product.
Coordinate the return of used tote bins.
Stage products from shipping using a forklift truck.
Assist in application of products during such activities as refinery turnarounds and paper mill shutdowns.
Confirm chemical levels are being maintained at the prescribed levels through pump draw downs, chemical titrations, ORP readings, jar tests, pH tests etc.
Prepare service reports for the approval of the Senior Sales Representative.
Assist Senior Sales Representative in assembling data for Customer Reviews of existing programs as well as new sales opportunities.
Help R&D evaluate new products or new applications during customer trials.
Grow in knowledge of CESCO's key industries - paper, refining, food wastewater treatment in addition to other industrial areas.
Assist Sales and Marketing in assembling data detailing successful existing operations.
Direct service programs and run downtime cleaning operations and turnarounds without direct supervision.
Assist the Senior Sales Representative in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and formal customer reviews.
Qualifications:
2+ years of technical experience in water treatment, mills, production, chemical manufacturing or related.
2+ years experience with plumbing and electrical, general mechanical skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with technical teams, product teams, and customers.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to work outside of standard operating hours as needed; travel 50-60%. Service area will range from WA, OR, ID, possibly western B.C. or the Midwest.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
This role will require the ability to move, stand, sit, bend, lift, and turn freely. Must be able to handle tools and operate equipment while using proper PPE at all times. Incumbent will be required to visit customer sites which may include but is not limited to: manufacturing sites, water treatment facilities, mills, or related. Will be required to be in adverse weather conditions.

Local State Driver's license and proof of insurance required by the time of hire.
