Our team is involved with pre-silicon design verification for custom IP. A critical requirement of the verification flow is the requirement of legal and realistic stimulus of a custom Machine Learning Accelerator Chip. Content creation is built using formal methods that model legal behavior of the design and then solving the problem to create the specific assembly tests. The entire frame work for creating these custom tests is developed using a SMT solver and custom software code to guide the solution space into templated scenarios. This highly visible and innovative role requires the design of this solving framework and collaborating with design verification engineers, hardware architects and designers to ensure that interesting content can be created for the projects needs.
Key job responsibilities
Develop an understanding for a custom machine learning instruction set architecture.
Model correctness of instruction streams using first order logic.
Create custom API's to allow control over scheduling and randomness.
Deploy algorithms to ensure concurrent code is safely constructed.
Create coverage metrics to ensure solution space coverage.
Use novel methods like machine learning to automate content creation.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of building models for business application experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience
- Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing

What You Will Do: The IVF Lab Assistant works collaboratively with the laboratory team. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, ensuring quality control and safety protocols compliance, preparing and handling laboratory equipment and supplies, and performing basic laboratory procedures. Monitor lab emails, phones, and EMR, to answer questions, address requests, direct to appropriate resource, and follow-up through completion.
Generate daily surgery schedule for IVF Lab; coordinate with the Doctor(s) and IVF staffs' schedule.
Maintain all active ART patients in the IVF portal, verify accuracy of patient data, demographics, procedures, etc.
Coordinate daily ART procedures (egg retrievals, embryo transfers, male infertility procedures, egg warms, rebiopsy, non-invasive CCS, and EEB banking warm for culture); ensure patients and IVF staff are informed.
Assign incubator location for IVF Lab patients, enter patient information in Electronic Witnessing system, and affix labels on charts, incubators, media setup, and patient wristband.
Scan completed IVF/FET lab forms into patient EMR for Doctor/Nurse reference and ensure IVF/FET cycles are sent to business office and genetics.
Collect and input on-going SART data, audit charts for required information.
Interpret ART notes to enter and place orders in IVF Laboratory information system (LIS) and ensure Genetics' CCS results are recorded in LIS.
Assist cryopreservation specialist with physical cyro-inventory, and embryo shipment documentation.
Assist with data manipulation and presentation as needed.
Obtain/maintain Mayo Clinic's “Shipping and Receiving Hazardous Materials” certification.
Serve as a witness to the Embryologist during biopsy, vitrification, and warming.
Help set up review paperwork for embryo/oocyte disposition and maintain accurate records.
Understand/assess potential domestic violence and child abuse and know reporting responsibilities; will report concerns to IVF Laboratory Supervisor or Medical Director.
Other duties as assigned. This candidate will also be trained in the clinical lab (running blood analyzer, sperm wash for IUI, etc.) in order to help clinical lab when needed.
What You Bring:
High School diploma or GED certification required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred for advancement in the future.
Medical lab experience preferred.
Computer database programs experience required.
