Follow all relevant building codes, industry standards, and company safety procedures. Participate in site safety meetings and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial carpentry with a focus on metal stud framing. Experience with acoustic ceilings, drywall hanging/finishing, and commercial building systems. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and structural plans. Skilled in cutting, fitting, and assembling metal components. Comfortable working at heights and operating heavy equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
