The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing hazards. Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures. Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of tools and equipment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions. Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
