Support the Director of Facilities in the maintenance and upkeep of our district facilities, with an emphasis on grounds and general maintenance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Routine maintenance of district facilities to include but not limited to: Plowing, snow removal and salting of sidewalks for the district. Knowledge of general maintenance duties, such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Some vehicle work and repair of operations equipment. GROUNDS - Groundskeeper-Mechanical Job Classification Hourly Full-time (35-40) Performs a variety of duties in the development and maintenance of the Arboretum and Grounds. Operates and assists in the maintenance of Grounds equipment. Responsibilities include: the maintenance and general beautification of Andrews University Grounds, garden maintenance, landscapes, lawns, trees, sports fields, and hardscaped areas.
