POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Desk Coordinator is responsible for supervision, training, managing tasks for all service desk student workers. This position's primary responsibility is to ensure student workers deliver timely, quality, and professional support to the community. This position is responsible for monitoring daily and weekly tasks, policies and maintain procedures to ensure consistency across the department. The Service Desk Coordinator will also work with the Service Desk Manager on various projects for the department.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job duties specific to this position:
Student Workers
Recruit, train, and supervise 20-25 student employees providing Tier 1 IT support
Schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage for service desk operations
Monitor, track, and evaluate student worker performance, providing feedback and coaching using Dolphins Grow process
Foster a collaborative and professional work environment that promotes growth and development
Maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork and professional development
Organize team meetings and training sessions to reinforce best practices and address performance concerns

Service Desk Operations
Oversee day-to-day IT Service Desk activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues or customer service concerns
Create and maintain service desk knowledge base, documentation, and standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance with IT service management best practices and organizational policies
Service Request and Incident Management
Troubleshoot common technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Monitor and perform quality assurance of incidents and service requests to ensure proper logging, categorization, and resolution of IT support requests within the service management system.
Analyze recurring issues and collaborate with IT teams to implement long-term solutions.
Customer Service and Communication
Promote a customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience for users.
Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff regarding IT services, outages, and policy changes

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic preparation from a regionally accredited institution required.
Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in a service delivery environment, preferably performing customer and/or technology support required.
Strong and demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills; organized; detail oriented; comprehends, learns, and masters new technologies readily is required.
One (1) or more years of relevant experience assisting in the supervision and training of individuals in groups of 2 or more preferred.
Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills, particularly the ability to tailor that communication and documentation to people of different ages, ethnicities and technical abilities required.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides daily clerical and administrative support to the personnel in the Wellness Center for Health and Counseling. This position is the first point of contact for all visitors to the Wellness Center and provides clerical and administrative support.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Serving as an initial point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Answering incoming phone calls and messages; responding to messages via email and sending triages to the clinical staff

Scheduling student appointments and guiding students through check in and check out per policies and procedures
Provides support for inbound/outbound document processing and maintaining electronic health records according to Student Health Services' confidentiality policy, HIPAA and best practices
Assist and maintain immunization records for New York State compliance, both paper form and EMR.
Understand and use basic medical terminology
Ensure that all student personal and insurance information is updated at the time of each visit
Supporting efficient and accurate maintenance of office supplies, facilities, and equipment
Upholding confidentiality of all health and wellness support services in the Student Health Services, and other locations
Actively participate in integrated Health and Wellness meetings, committees, and student-focused activities
Provide assistance and logistical support for department, Health and Wellness programming
Attending department, division and university meetings and participate on other committees as requested

Provides coverage for the Counseling Center as needed
Maintains the schedule for the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Nurse, and Nurse Manager.
Maintains all currently active and archived medical records including scanning all incoming medical records into EMR document files.

Responsible for maintaining documentation for all department credit card transactions
Responsible for supervising and training all student workers within the health center.
Train new employees on Electronic Medical Records and Office Policy and Procedures.
Maintain patient statistics and compile reports as requested.
Coordinates and maintains the scheduling of all Health and Wellness team huddles and department meetings, ensuring alignment with staff availability, departmental priorities, and the needs of a student-centered care model.
Develop proficiency in Workday and provide ongoing administrative support related to health center operations, such as processing requisitions, tracking expenses, entering receipts, managing staff schedules, and supporting student employment tasks.
Assists in developing agendas and facilitating follow-up for team huddles and meetings in collaboration with clinical and administrative leadership.
Tracks attendance and documents key discussion points, outcomes, and action items to support team effectiveness and student support continuity.
Supports ongoing internal assessment efforts by collecting and organizing feedback related to service delivery, communication, and student engagement.
Assists in the review and improvement of departmental workflows and communication processes, with a focus on delivering holistic, student-centered care that reflects best practices in college health.
Engages in student-centered outreach efforts by occasionally tabling in high-traffic areas (e.g., near the dining hall), supporting small-scale wellness programs, and attending selected evening events to enhance visibility and promote health and wellness services to students.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office, hospital or other medical setting; college office experience will be considered.

Reporting to the Dean, the Associate Dean serves as a key leader in the Park School and is responsible for maintaining smooth, efficient and effective college operations. The Associate Dean provides leadership and oversight for: program quality, academic personnel, assessment, faculty and student success, facilities planning and management, safety and university relations. The Associate Dean assists with strategic planning and implementation of initiatives related to the mission and vision of the School and the College. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Provide academic and professional leadership in supporting faculty, co-curricular advisers and the Park-designated career engagement specialist in the development and modification of curricular and co-curricular learning opportunities; conduct benchmarking and research on communications content and new pedagogical methods and instructional technologies and identify and coordinate potential new degree and non-degree offerings.
* Work in collaboration with faculty and chairs to prepare new degree and new course proposals and modifications of curricula for both undergraduate and graduate programs and for non-credit professional instruction. Coordinate and monitor reviews through appropriate bodies such as the New York State Department of Education and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Serve on curriculum-related committees at the School and all-College level.
* Provide leadership and support for assessment of curricular and co-curricular learning opportunities within the School, ensuring compliance with required assessment standards and periodic external reviews and accreditation.
* Help ensure compliance with policies and procedures, research issues, analyze institutional data, prepare reports, make recommendations for changes in policy or procedures, and handle confidential problems that arise at the school.

Work Environment:
Most of the work of the new hire is carried out within a generally accessible, safe, indoor environment. POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Office Operations and Presidential Events is an exempt position within the President's Office reporting to the Chief of Staff. Manage the Assistant Director of Events and the Events Management staff to ensure the execution of College events reflect the College's mission and image

Manage the President's expense reports in a timely manner in conjunction with Finance.
Maintain the President's biography, webpage, and Wikipedia page.
Manage the production and distribution of the President's annual Christmas card. This includes collaboration with Communications and Advancement to prepare distribution lists and design the card.

Serves as a liaison with other administrators by relaying information and decisions.
Office Operations
Manage the Administrative Assistant and the day-to-day administrative affairs of the President's Suite.
Ensure that excellent front-line customer service for the President's Suite is being provided. Greet guests and respond appropriately to internal and external calls and questions posed by guests to provide information and/or make appropriate referrals to other College offices and administrators.
Review and process all incoming mail/correspondence and manage the office email account prioritizing and determining its disposition. Direct mail to appropriate internal staff with instructions and/or suggestions for preparation of a reply. Draft responses as necessary.
Organize, maintain, and update a “tickler” file to assure appropriate actions are being taken or follow-up is being done within the areas of major functions.
Type and proof standardized and routine correspondences and materials related to position responsibilities.
Manage and maintain a system for tracking budget allocations, encumbrances, and expenditures for President's Office accounts related to position responsibilities. Alert the President to any anomalies and/or cost-saving ideas. Process appropriate forms of payment for invoices and expenses (e.g., office subscriptions, College memberships).

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinate with the Peak Performance Team (Strength and Conditioning, Sports Medicine, Nutrition, Mental Health) on the conduct of a comprehensive training program to enhance both personal and performance growth/development.
Sports Information
Respond to all information requests and work with the media, etc. according to guidelines and deadlines established by the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Information, Marketing and Promotions.
Always inform the Assistant Director when you or any of your athletes has been contacted by the media.
Fund Raising
Head Coaches are expected to fully understand and support the College's policies and procedures, along with any departmental guidelines, for all fund-raising activities. Particular attention should be given to NCAA legislation surrounding booster groups and donors.
Reconciliation of all revenues and deposits should be handled in accordance with institutional and departmental policy.
Head Coaches are expected to be fully support the Dolphin Athletic Association and its programming to engage key stakeholder groups of their respective program such as alumni and families/friends
Community Service
A commitment to community services is an important tenant of the College's mission and to that end it is anticipated that employees will be involved in various community activities as a representative of the Le Moyne College Athletics Department.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree highly desirable.
3 to 5 years of progressive experience in the conduct of a collegiate level cross country and track and field program with proven success in recruiting high quality student athletes and/or equivalent related experiences.
Knowledge of and ability to apply NCAA and NEC conference rules as they pertain to the men's and women's cross country and track and field programs.
The successful candidate will be required to be First Aid/CPR/AED certified and to complete all required NCAA DI Institute modules prior to being able to participate in off campus recruiting activities and countable athletically related activities.
Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills needed.

Eco Rep Board Member responsibilities are diverse and often vary week-to-week, depending on scheduled events. Generally, they are responsible for creating and executing ongoing Eco Rep programs, leading workshops and presentations, designing and organizing events, collaborating with other student organizations and classes, and contributing to the campus sustainability planning and dialogue. Eco Reps Board Members are expected to work ~10 hours/week. Upon hire, they are required to provide their academic schedules for scheduling purposes. Specific duties typical duties are listed below though, other responsibilities will be required as assigned:
• Developing and displaying monthly Eco Rep Installments.
• Staffing campus composting programs every other Sunday as assigned. This includes staffing tables/outreach events that encourage student participation in the program.
• Working at campus reuse center Take It Or Leave It (TIOLI) at least one day per week as assigned.
• Actively participating in weekly Eco Rep meetings.
• Staffing campus events, including athletic events, to assist with education and sorting of attendee's compost, recycling, and trash.
• Participating in End of Year TIOLI, scheduled the week after spring semester final exams (senior week).
• Packaging leftover dining hall food for donation.
• Regularly communicate with Eco Rep management and colleagues regarding ideas and concerns.
