Description
As a member of Apple's commercial litigation team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will personally be formulating and driving strategy as well as working with a number of cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas. The position requires a high degree of self‑sufficiency, independent judgment, and a trial‑focused approach. Travel is anticipated. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of major law firm and/or in‑house litigation experience, including experience with competition‑related litigation, subpoenas, and other investigations.
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technology interest and aptitude.
Trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation.
Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,700 and $301,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Provides consultation to other care providers and health educators on matters relating to mental health, health psychology and behavioral medicine.

Job Description
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - LPCC
The LPCC will provide mental health services to inmates in a correctional setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues, as well as providing crisis intervention and referrals to other services.
Setting: Correctional
Responsibilities:
Provide mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide crisis intervention and referrals to other services
Conduct group and individual therapy sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Newly licensed are welcome!!
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California
Contract Role:
Full or Part Time Employment
Part-time must work 3 days min
Weekends are available
Flexible scheduling options are available, allowing for either 8 or 10-hour workdays.
