Who you are:
High school diploma or equivalent in training, education and experience, minimum one year experience in security preferred.
Experience in a senior living environment preferred.
Must possess a valid WA State Driver's License and a personal driving record consistent with the requirements of the LCS Driver Selection Policy.
Must be able to read, write and comprehend English.
Must be familiar with MS office products.
General Summary:
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff and protecting Community property. Responsible for verifying the scheduled presence of all employees and third-party contractors on the grounds
Essential Duties:
Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the building to maintain a secure environment for residents and their property as well as community property.
Responds to all fire alarms, apartment emergency calls, and door checks.
Develops and maintains a good working rapport with residents, family members, visitors, and personnel to assure that security procedures meet the needs of the facility.
Assists with special security needs as they arise, involving employees, visitors, and other members of the community.
Provides written report of any community incident during the shift that the Director of Plant Operations and other administrative staff may need to be aware of.
Provides deliveries of packages, newspapers, and essential items to residents.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
The role requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds and to walk long distances throughout the day. Flexibility to work outside regular hours is essential, as the position may involve responding to various emergencies beyond normal business times. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required. The job involves exposure to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, and snow. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods-approximately 80%of the time-and handle physical tasks consistently.

Who you are:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a health care setting.
A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Demonstrated management skills
Knowledgeable of Washington State rules and regulations for licensure of a home care agency.

Essential Job Duties:
Coordinate scheduling of client visits in our scheduling system.
Be a focal point of communications with caregivers and clients.
Keep caregiver's schedules full while fulfilling requirements of client care plans.
Assist the Home Care Administrator with responding to client requests and needs.
Assist the Home Care Administrator with clerical tasks (ex: filling paperwork, data entry, etc.)
Receive telephone calls regarding scheduling issues and requests for new services.
Triage calls and escalate issues as needed.
Track all schedule changes, notify all relevant parties, and update the computer system.
Requires heavy telephone work, customer interface, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving field.
Reports as a caregiver to cover shift, when necessary, when client load is low
Other Duties:
Provides relief for caregivers during their scheduled breaks.
Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.

The Yoga/Chair instructor is a contracted employee on the Community Life Services team, serving Senior Adult Residents. This position is supervised by the Fitness Manager and will design and lead yoga/chair yoga classes.
Essential Job Duties:
Design and lead Yoga/Chair Yoga classes for all levels.
Set a positive tone and appropriate level of energy for class type.
Provide safe, effective, and inspiring instruction in yoga/chair yoga through well-prepared classes.
Provide adjustments and modifications in a safe and professional way to accommodate all levels.
Ability to communicate effectively and understand instructions in English.
Reliability to teach scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time.
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and participate in continuing education programs to enhance expertise and maintain yoga certification.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Sit or stand for extended lengths of time.
Crouch, push, pull, reach, and kneel as necessary.
Lift up to 50lbs safely.

Who you are:
Ability to communicate effectively and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to understand measurements and conversions.

General Summary:

Who you are:
Must have thorough knowledge of general maintenance, such as: General contracting, painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, appliances, installation of floor coverings, carpentry, fire sprinkler system repairs, roof repairs, building construction, lock smith work, general heating and air conditioning, etc.

General Summary:
The Plant Operations Project Manager coordinates the planning and execution of refurbishment and renovation projects within Plant Operations. This role ensures timely and efficient delivery of services, supports the Maintenance department, and performs additional tasks as directed by the Director of Plant Operations.
Essential Job Duties:
Coordinates and manages refurbishment and renovations to meet new resident expectations within a scheduled time frame.
Attends and participates in Marketing meetings.
Assists Marketing and /or residents in their requests for estimates.
Assists Marketing and/or residents in their request for construction changes.
Communicates with the Plant Operations Director and Marketing department regarding projected refurbishment and renovation schedules.
Coordinates vendor and/or contractor's schedules in order to complete the refurbishment and/or renovation within the scheduled timeframe.
Coordinates and schedules and vendors and/or contractors' access to apartments and /or work areas.
Quality and timeliness inspections of refurbishment and renovation areas to ensure vendor and/or contractors are performing assigned needs efficiently and as expected.
Becomes point of contact for new residents. Checks in with new residents upon move-in, walks through appliances and submits necessary work orders. Follows up with new residents for the first month to ensure all concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Assists and guides current residents in color selections (i.e. carpet, vinyl, paint) for the occupied refurbishment program.
Maintains refurbishment and renovations in good repair and keeps them free of hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling system problems.
Maintains refurbishment and renovations in compliance with Federal, State and Local laws.
Assists with developing and managing the refurbishment and renovations budget.
Requisitioning supplies and equipment as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
This role requires flexibility to work outside regular hours and respond to emergencies at any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position involves moderate physical activity and exposure to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, and snow. Work may occur in areas with high-voltage electricity, hazardous equipment, and moving parts, as well as on rooftops and other elevated locations. The ability to safely set up and climb ladders with tools and equipment is essential. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods (over 80% of the time) walking, standing, and stooping. Daily tasks may involve exposure to chemicals, dust, and potential biohazards, including HBV and HIV.
