Position Summary:
Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies of the organization. Position Summary:
Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies of the organization. A Phlebotomist who excels in this role collects and processes blood specimens for testing in the laboratory.

Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing.
Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques.

Assists with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing and screening donors.
What we're looking for
Applicants should hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. Completed an approved nationally accredited training course or program in Phlebotomy (required qualifications). Additional requirements include:
Certification from ASCP or NHA is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Position Summary
Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Lead and direct the overall operations of the Extended Care Unit with 24/7 accountability in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent quality of care for the residents while achieving the facility's business objectives.

Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of three (3) years related experience and one (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience. Previous Nursing home administrator experience preferred as well as SNF administrator license.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field and/or equivalent experience

Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the facility that reflects service opportunities, competition, potential market area changes, and which maximizes census, payor mix and ancillary revenues.
