What You'll Do As a Laborer, you will be responsible for general construction, woodworking, finishing and touch ups around the Resort. Your responsibilities will include: Loading and unloading tools or raw materials. Assembling scaffolding or other pieces of equipment. Digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process. Clearing debris from construction structures. Operating light and heavy equipment. Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material. Assist welders, carpenters, painters or other tradespeople on-site. Handle and transport materials and equipment. Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks. Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures. Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions. Responsible for all maintenance and repair all painted surfaces and wall covering surfaces.
