Conduct data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency. Designing the Supplier Scorecard Develop a supplier ranking system based on weighted criteria. Implementation & Decision Impact Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to integrate the scorecard into supplier selection and negotiation processes. Establish thresholds and benchmarks to categorize suppliers into performance tiers (e.g., A, B, C, D rankings). Provide recommendations on how to improve supplier relationships based on scorecard insights. Dynamic & Updatable Data System Work on automating data pulls from ERP or procurement systems to update the scorecard dynamically. Develop an easy-to-maintain structure that allows periodic updates and real-time insights. Ensure stakeholders can access and interpret the data with minimal manual intervention.
