The Mortgage Servicing Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day servicing activities of mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service. This role supports the full lifecycle of mortgage servicing, including payment processing, escrow administration, investor reporting, and resolution of borrower inquiries. Position Responsibilities
L Administration
Process and reconcile mortgage payments, payoffs, and adjustments accurately and timely.
Manage escrow accounts, including tax and insurance disbursements, annual analysis, and shortage/overage handling.
Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections or loss mitigation processes as needed.
Customer Service
Respond to borrower inquiries regarding loan terms, payment history, escrow accounts, and payoff requests.

Compliance & Reporting

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree+ in Business Studies, Finance, or Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of mortgage servicing or loan operations experience required.
Familiarity with mortgage regulations and investor guidelines.
Proven experience with payment processing, loan boarding, account maintenance, and customer service.
High aptitude for problem solving.

Prince George's Community Federal Credit Union is seeking an experience professional with experience processing home equity loan applications to serve as our Home Equity Loan Specialist. This role provides members with information on credit union Home Equity products and services; receives, processes, and closes all Home Equity loan applications in a timely manner; and services the existing Home Equity loan accounts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles all Home Equity Fixed and Lines of Credit requests made by phone, in person, etc., and completes the application process for underwriting
Coordinates and prepares pre-closing and closing documentation; performs all system file maintenance and disburses funds; and scans all loan documentations
Prepares all closing documents, HUDI sheet, and Deeds of Trust; completes the MD intake sheet; orders flood certifications; calculates all recordation and transfer taxes for each county and each dollar amount issued
Closes home equity loans with the member(s)
Handles all subordination requirements & agreements & collects fees
Completes certificates of satisfaction for land records/Clerk of Court
Orders and reviews title report prior to closing to ensure there are no liens, judgments, etc.
Orders property appraisals after HELOC and/or 2nd trust processing and preliminary review from underwriter
Prepares complete packet for the title company to send to the Clerk of Court
Ensures all necessary title and Deed of Trust documents are completed and recorded properly within regulatory timeframe
Record all HMDA tracking on all required loans; completes annual HMDA report
Reviews HELOC advances to ensure proper rate and payments
Handles loan payoffs; reviews loan payoff reports, weekly or bi-weekly, and conduct follow-up calls to members to initiate car/HELOC refinances
Maintains loan documentation in members file, ensuring all policies and procedures of the Credit Union are followed; updates loan records as required; audits files to insure that all required documents are present and accounted for; and assists with filing and portfolio review
Provides back office loan support, such as filing, etc.
When necessary, Operates as back-up Loan Servicing Specialist on an as needed basis; including filing of Gap claims, life and/or disability claims, Debt protection, State National CPI, and death accounts
Maintains a high level of knowledge and procedural expertise in all Credit Union loan products and services
Assist in underwriting duties for non-home equity loans when needed
Perform other lending and administrative duties as assigned by the Chief Lending Officer
This is a full-time position (Monday thru Friday) and the ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work occasional community events (once or twice a year), must consistently uphold the mission, vision, and core values of the credit union, and possesses the ability to cope in a team focused, fast-paced sales and service culture.

Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent assists in providing policy guidance and management of a number of Housing Production Trust Fund, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funded programs designed to provide financial and technical assistance to developers involved in the new construction and rehabilitation of housing and commercial development projects. Conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis and research of programs, processes and staff productivity. Advises the Division Manager on special complex development projects. Position Overview:
The Bilingual Loan Processor is responsible for providing quality customer service by obtaining necessary documentation to underwrite the loan and ordering third party documentation by communicating directly with the customer and/or loan officer. The Loan Processor provides proper disclosures when required by applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income and assets as required by the particular loan program before submitting to underwriting.
Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
Complete the required loan checklist.
Verify that an application is complete and accurate; and identify any potential issues that may arise in underwriting.
Prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on those documents. Communicate directly with the Loan Originator, customer, and underwriter to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.
Review loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations (RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg.B, etc.) and prepare required disclosures.
Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Survey, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information.
Verify that vendor orders are complete, invoices received, and in the applicant's E-file.
Manage pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turn-around times.
Assist set-up of loans.
Document all communication related to the loan application in the conversation log.
Train and help supervise new loan processors and other processing personnel.
Assist closing, secondary marketing, and loan servicing to obtain and clear outstanding suspense items from CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC. investors.
Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluency in the languages of Spanish and English in order to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, of whom may speak only English or Spanish.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience.
Experience with Encompass.
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents, preferred.
Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office & Windows.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Pay Range:
Hourly Rate: $15.00-20.00.
Eligible for monthly bonus incentive.

Job Summary:
Inputs and updates loan data into bank's computer system. Prepares, assembles, and verifies the accuracy of loan documentation packages in support of loan applications and as required by the Loan Officer. Provides related customer service; processes pay-offs; and verifies collateral and insurance on new and existing loans. The Loan Processor/TRID Specialist prepares and services loans of a more complex type and amount, and/or requiring greater analysis and documentation.
This position is based on-site at our Marshall, VA location. Please note that remote or hybrid work options are not available for this role.
Essential Functions:
Detailed knowledge of TRID including preparing Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures is essential.
Knowledge of the consumer mortgage process along with disclosure timelines is required.
Must be able to work with all loan officers and to keep the loan process on track according to regulation timelines.
Ensures loan disclosure are prepared in accordance with the terms and conditions per the application and in compliance with regulatory requirements including TRID and Reg A.
Communicate with loan officers for any additional information needed to prepare loan disclosures.
Obtains fee estimates from title or settlement agents and other due diligence as required.
Orders flood certificates, appraisal/evaluations, title work, pulls credit reports and prepares all disclosures, notes and collateral supporting documents on all TRID loans.

Job Requirements:
