Seafood processors work aboard at-sea processing vessels in the waters of the Pacific Ocean, Gulf of Alaska, Bering Sea, and the Aleutian Islands to convert raw fish products into a processed, high-quality product ready for sale. The work is strenuous and sometimes hazardous, with the vessel operating in all types of weather conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sort fish by species
Tend and operate machines
Hand fillet whole fish
Inspect fish products to meet American Seafoods Company's standards of quality
Weigh, pack, label, stack and place the product into freezers
Load and unload supplies on the vessel
Clean factory equipment and perform other duties as assigned

Able to live in close shared quarters with others and able to climb in and out of bunk beds 50 inches high

Responsibilities
Prepares vehicle warranty claims for entry into respective OEM systems, inclusive of ensuring all supporting documentation is collected
Processes warranty claims within the organization's and the manufacturers' policies, procedures & guidelines
Proactively coach service departments on warranty compliance guidelines and expectations

As a fish processor your daily duties may include things such as: operating machines, roe/surimi/fishmeal/fillet production, prepping products for packing, working in a freezer hold stacking cases, placing/removing production onto and off freezer plates, loading/unloading vessel of product and supplies, operating a forklift, factory cleanup, etc.

The factory operates 24 hours a day with production personnel assigned to shifts of 12-16 hours, seven days a week, throughout the duration of the contract. All team members must follow instructions and work together effectively. Basic English is essential for understanding safety and emergency protocols.
Please note that completion of a pre-employment drug test is required, along with participation in our random drug testing program as required by the US Coast Guard.
Benefits
You will earn an hourly wage, plus overtime pay, which will be paid twice a month. Additionally, upon completion of the season, you will receive a case rate bonus, which is paid 10 business days after the season has ended. Housing and meals are provided at no cost.

Position Responsibilities:
Review the tie-in book or standard operating procedures to understand daily work assignments. Provide comprehensive oral or written shift handoffs to ensure seamless workflow continuity.

Identify, separate, and prepare parts according to work orders and chemical recipes (e.g., alkaline, emulsion, paint strip, sandblast, passivate) prior to racking.
Conduct thorough inspections of materials to verify proper cleaning, etching, rinsing, and other processes to ensure optimal adhesion and coating quality. Perform visual checks post-process to confirm uniform coverage.
Apply approved masking materials and coatings based on technical drawings or tooling specifications in preparation for plating or painting operations.
Determine appropriate racking methods for complex part geometries, ensuring proper contact to prevent burning. Inspect, remove, and report any damaged racks or clips.
Rack and unrack parts while verifying correct part numbers and chemical processes as per work orders. Ensure no overloading or air pocket formation occurs during handling.
Operate material handling systems, including cranes, hoists, and carts, safely to transport parts and materials through processing areas.
Operate and monitor cleaning, Dow Coating, anodizing, dyeing, alodine, and rinsing tanks. Determine correct dip times and maintain appropriate temperatures and solution levels.
Perform specific treatments such as sulfuric/chromic acid dips on 75 ST parts formed on Cerro Bend. Apply alodine touch-ups or chromadize as required.
Assist in maintaining chemical strength by accurately measuring and adding solutions. Estimate material surface area to prevent generator overloads.
Start generators, operate control panels, and utilize overhead cranes to load/unload tanks and transfer processed items between stations.
Strip anodizing from racks using caustic soda and nitric acid. Clean tanks, crocks, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Mark, oil, wrap, and route completed parts according to drawings or work orders. Ensure correct parts are matched to work orders and transferred to Quality Assurance (QA) for inspection.
Handle and dispose of hazardous materials (e.g., alodine, acids, solvents) in accordance with safety procedures. Complete all required on-the-job training and maintain necessary certifications.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:

Job Description
The Loan Partner Three (LP3) is a Loan Processor responsible for timely and high-quality loan processing from RESPA to Funding (lock-to-loan).
The LP3 collaborates with the Loan Officer (LO), Loan Partner Two (LP2), Branch Operations Manager (BOM), loan underwriters, borrowers, and other key stakeholders to review and submit high-quality loan applications to underwriting.
This position requires extensive knowledge of investor guidelines, strong attention to detail, expertise in analyzing cash, credit, capacity (income), and collateral, and proactive communication to minimize underwriting conditions and enhance the borrower experience.
Compensation:
$65,000 - $70,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Pre-Underwrite
Verify that the initial loan file is complete using the pre-underwrite checklist
Request any additional documentation on cash, credit, and capacity (income) for a complete loan submission
Return incomplete loans to LO or LP2 with a detailed list of outstanding items (Cc'ing BOM BM)
Initiate ALL third-party items (or direct LP3A to do so, if applicable)
Submit high-quality loans for preliminary underwriting without over-analyzing
Post-Underwrite:
Analyze the Conditional Loan Approval (CLA) to ensure all conditions are clear
Confirm outstanding CLA items have NOT already been received before reaching out to external parties (avoid duplicate requests to borrowers)
Request conditions in layman's terms that are easy for borrowers to understand
Thoughtfully review and submit all conditions to underwriting
Proactively communicate with LP2 (via phone or face-to-face) on better submission practices
Send all Clear to Close (CTC) requests via email to the loan team (including Opener)
Review ICD and CDs to ensure accuracy vs. the original Loan Estimate (LE)
Post-Fund:
Monitor pending closed loans for funding authorization
Clear any post-funding conditions as required
Support LO, LP1, LP2, and borrowers with any post-funding questions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of underwriting or processing experience
40+ hours per week commitment
Proficient in DU/DO and LP
Major Loan Origination Systems (LOS) expertise (Encompass, Calyx Point, etc.)
Strong understanding of investor guidelines
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management ability to work under pressure
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Team player with the ability to collaborate across corporate branch levels
Completion of all required regulatory compliance training

Remove fresh meat from boxes and stage the meat in tubs for slicing.
Load racks in to defrost tempering houses.

Clean the racks and tempering houses with chemicals to meet SSOP and food safety standards.

Responsible for monitoring manual and continuous line workstations to ensure that each station has adequate meat supplies to ensure production flow.
Load carts with meat filled tub and bring to workstations to supply meat as needed.
Track each tub that is dumped at the workstation to ensure that employee efficiencies are accurately recorded.
Responsible for performing job duties in compliance with all GMP's and following all company safety standards.

Ocean Peace is accepting applications for seafood processors to work on factory trawlers fishing in the Gulf of Alaska and the Bering Sea. We are looking for entry level and experienced crew members to work on board our vessels. This position requires a 75 day commitment and an understanding that working conditions onboard the vessels are difficult, strenuous and sometimes hazardous and that working hours are long. THIS IS A VERY PHYSICAL JOB. Please consider these factors before making the decision to apply.

The primary job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, working on-board our fishing vessels in the waters of the Pacific Ocean, Gulf of Alaska, Bering Sea, and Aleutian Island to convert raw fish products into a processed, high quality product ready for sale. This position may sort fish by species, tend and operate machines, and head and gut whole fish to meet Company standards of quality. This position may also be responsible for packaging, weighing, labeling, placing the products into freezers, loading and unloading supplies on the vessel, cleaning factory equipment, and performing other duties as assigned
Specific Duties Include:
Clean, scrap, trim and fillet product.
Segregate product on conveyor belt or table according to grade, color, and size, and place product in containers or on designated conveyors.
Discard cull (inferior or defective) items and foreign matter.
Pack product in boxes, totes or crates for storage or shipment.
Operate machine(s) to move live or packed seafood from place to place.
Review workspace for cleanliness and safety.
Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Crew member must be capable of working consecutive, long and variable work shifts for extended periods of time. Shifts typically range from 12 to 16 hours per day with periodic breaks depending on work demands, production requirements, availability of fish, and travel schedules.
The work is strenuous and sometimes hazardous due to exposure to operating machinery, mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, pressurized fluids, vibration and with the vessel operating under all types of weather conditions including extreme cold. This means standing, walking and maintaining balance in rough seas or other types of weather.
Both hands must be capable of grabbing, holding or gripping rope, rails, equipment and vessel structures for frequent periods of time. Forceful grasping along with repetitive finger and hand use is occasional.
Applicant must also be able to sit and crawl on a limited basis, and squat, crouch, and kneed occasionally. Applicants must be able to climb up and down, safely ascend and descend ladders, work in small and confined spaces, and pass all safety test requirements.
Applicants must be able to constantly lift 20-50 pounds from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, and above the shoulder. Must also be able to constantly push, pull, and carry 20-50 pounds, and on a limited basis push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision requirements for this position are that the applicant needs to have peripheral, distance and depth perception abilities. Candidate also needs the ability to determine shades, colors and shadows.
Applicants will be required to gain medical clearance for use of a tight fitting respirator.

Applicants must be able to perform intermediate math; add, subtract, multiply, divide, handle fractions and decimals; all on numbers between 1-100. Applicant must also be able to understand, read, speak and write in English.
